Joey Mercury. When he was with MNM he incorporated a litany of small, subtle things to enhance the promos, segments or matches he was in. Good at selling, had a varied offense and worked well with everyone. I'm glad WWE recognized his considerable talent and brought him in as a trainer, because there's only a few guys on the entire roster who have a grasp of the fundamentals like he does.

Brian Kendrick. If he'd played the WWE political game, he could have been huge. Same goes for Carlito.

Snitsky, Mike Knox, A-Train, Nathan Jones, Big Daddy V.
I have a thing for midcard monsters.

Kaval. He could easily be in an Antonio Cesaro-style role on the roster right now with a crazy over moveset had things gone differently.

Umaga. He made a stupid outdated gimmick work, had some of the most entertaining squash matches, had consistent good to great TV matches weekly, and his speed and athleticism was impressive.

Sean O'Haire, guy was a beast, the whole "I'm not telling you anything that you don't already know" gimmick could have really been something, he had the look, was decent in the ring, could easily have seen him becoming a popular Intercontinental Champion on Raw or something.
Chris Kanyon, miss him, I only saw him during the InVasion angle, really thought he could have been something, marked when he showed up in the box singing Culture Club that time for Undertaker, was a huge fan, RIP
Test!!!!, this guy, seriously, he definitely should have been something, huge shame he never got very far, again, RIP

Evan Bourne could have been so much more. For various reasons it never quite panned out.
There was stuff with guys like him and Tyson Kidd on ECW (once they simply stopped pretending it was anything to do with the original one, and was better for it) that I would have been totally fine had they decided to make ECW the home of faster-paced matches with cruiserweight guys.
WWE's still planning a Cruiserweight show for the WWE network, right?

Rikishi & Too Cool - These guys were on the verge of being huge had Rikishi's ill-fated heel turn not derailed everything. Crush - He should have gotten Luger's push. It most likely wouldn't have led to a new boom period, but he could have been the face of the New Generation for sure. Adam Bomb - This dude had one of my favorite looks of all time, with the goggles and nuclear motif. He could have been a monster if treated seriously. Tugboat - I freaking loved this gimmick. He never would have been main event material, but he could have been a popular mid-card face on the level of Boss Man or Duggan.

Shelton benjamin was the first i thought of, especially as i had just been watching the money in the bank anthology where he had many of his finest moments. As jr put it he had unlimited potential.
Sean o haire is another good one who had a great look and gimmick but never lived up to it.
My final is mr kennedy. Thought he was going to be huge when he won money in the bank but we all know what happened from there.

Derrick Batemen. The guy looked like a star, carried himself like a star, and was pretty damn charismatic. I was shocked when they released him before he even got to sniff the main roster. Lol, of course he was released, don't you know who his aunt is?
