Calling Del Rio a C level star? That's fine, since he is. But then to call the entire locker room B level? Yeah, you're a f***ing dick.

Batista and AdR? I can't decide who I dislike more. This is difficult!

On the other hand, it is nice to see Del Rio talked down to after some of the comments he's made about Miz and his inability to be professional around the original Sin Cara. The Miz thing I'll grant you, but original Sin Cara did, y'know, pull a gun on Del Rio back in Mexico. I'd say that warrants some long-term hostility.

I definitely understand the sentiment though. Generally, it's a 'because Del Rio' thing. He's been handed everything with little to show for it. I sincerely don't mind if Batista squashes the guy, grinning all the while.

I'd say that more falls on WWE for even putting them together in the first place, though. Generally it's not a good idea to make two dudes who legit dislike/hate each other wrestle a match.

Maybe a Hellmouth will open, taking Batista and Del Rio in one fell swoop.

Where's the heat on Triple H when he burried the entire roster by comparing them to a broom?

I'm sure he's really concerned about ruffling feathers, being that it's incredibly likely he'll be a part-time guy.

I'd like to think that Melina is the Moondragon to Batista's Drax the Destroyer.

Dave will change his mind on the Divas being B level players once he samples the goods.

I'd like to think that Melina is the Moondragon to Batista's Drax the Destroyer. Unless Marvel Comics has done some major retconning I wasn't aware of, that would make Big Dave and Melina father and daughter in your analogy.

Del Rio and Batista are just about my two least favourite wrestlers ever, so this silly Twitter feud just makes me laugh.

I'm sure it's a work, though if the build is "Batista/Del Rio"...why? Self-aware douche vs. stapled into the main event douche?
If it's shoot comments, I again ask, why? Batista had one MMA fight, Del Rio had 14. Both fought cupcakes, and Del Rio is younger by nearly a decade. If it's a "B" era, then the guys who put Dave over were B players, the guys Dave lost to were B players.
Basically, if it's shoot, then Dave is very confident that his friendship with Trips will keep him from getting stiffed. If it's a work, it's for del Rio to get squashed on the way to Mania.

The sad thing is that all of this is leading to a Batista/Alboreto feud, which will be terrible.

I was glad when Batista left, I'd seen all I needed to see in the few years I watched him. That's pretty much how I feel about Del Rio now.
So, whatevs, rip each other to shreds on social media, look like tools in the process because it's inevitable. Hopefully they try to MMA each other in the Rumble or something.
