I would love this. It would make up for WM 28, and would definitely be a great match considering the chemistry between the two. We'd also have Sheamus back as a heel...pretty much the perfect scenario...for me at least. This is assuming Bryan wins the Rumble and Sheamus wins the title at Chamber, of course. I say flip that. Sheamus wins the rumble and Bryan wins the title at elimation chamber.

Now LET'S CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING: This match is the rumored VINCE VS. HHH match with Vince backing DB against an Authority-supported Sheamus. Daniel gets the revenge everyone and their mother wants him to have, it ends Triple H's reign, AND makes up for 18 seconds. Why would Vince even want to back Daniel Bryan if he was the one that started the whole Authority against Daniel Bryan storyline to begin with. Besides, The Authority already have enough members. Give them too many more and we'll start moving into Immortal levels of ridiculousness.

Nothing I haven't been saying for months. Mania is for part-timers and special attractions.
Bryan's best shot is a title match at the May PPV in Seattle.

People need to get over the fact that Bryan will not be main eventing Wrestlemania and move on.

More smart mark overreaction. People need to get over the fact that Bryan will not be main eventing Wrestlemania and move on. It's not that. I couldn't give two shits if he main events WrestleMania or not. I just think it'll make the most sense if he's in the WWE Championship match, be it if he facing Brock, Sheamus, Cena, or even Orton again. It would make sense if Bryan was to win the WWE Championship, thus proving he's not a B+ player, but a true star in the company. Having him face Sheamus in a non-titled throw away match just screams nonsensical booking and it looked so rushed. And this isn't smart mark overreaction. This is a reaction to the fact that on of the most over guys on the roster will be reduced to the 5th biggest match on the card. But, when guys like Austin and Batista got organically over with the casual fans, they were pushed.

Bryan's best shot is a title match at the May PPV in Seattle. Great point. Seattle's own attempt at recreating Punk/MitB 2011.

Yeah it can't be that we don't want to see a match we only saw at WrestleMania 2 years ago, and which will be completely overshadowed by the other matches, even though it features the most over guy on the roster....

Yeah I'm going to believe this when the dirtsheets have been contradicting each other. Unless the plan is Sheamus winning the Rumble with Bryan getting the win in the Elimination Chamber, or vice-versa I'm not buying this.

"Wait and see" has started to become a meme on here, but that phrase seems to have been made for this road to Wrestlemania. There are so many posters on here who are so sure that different scenarios are going to happen ("this person is obviously winning the Rumble" said about Bryan, Punk, Batista) and so many news stories regarding Bryan's opponent for Wrestlemania.
Basically, no-one knows what the f**k is gonna happen.

Oh, look, WWE bending over backwards to placate all folks who still haven't gotten over their tantrum about 18 seconds. Only it's not going to work, because that audience will always find an excuse to complain anyway.
At least this probably means a heel turn.

That's the only thing that makes me somewhat okay with the potential of Bryan not winning the title at WrestleMania. Extreme Rules is being held here, and I'd love to be in that building when Bryan finally and legitimately wins the title. It was amazing enough being in the crowd when we hijacked the Ascension segment last month. The title win would be even better.

Eh, eighteen seconds was the best thing that coulda happened to Daniel Bryan. What people are complaining about is that dude is clearly the most over guy on the roster right now reaction wise, and a random match with Sheamus (who I do like) is a big step down in importance as the Fella hasn't mattered in at least a year.

Basically, no-one knows what the f**k is gonna happen. I second this completely. At least with all of the conflicting reports, there are a LOT of different ways for Wrestlemania XXX to go down. Whether the card is disappointing or awesome, all signs are pointing to a quadruple main event. We don't know if Cena or Orton will be the Champ, we don't know if Shawn or Hunter will step into the ring for a match, and we don't even know yet who Undertaker is facing for his Streak. Which is insane.
