I always took it as punk scoffing at Stephanie listing triple h's exaggerated accomplishments, like kayfabe he was supposed to, which for his character, but he cracked himself up for real in the process. Everytime I see that gif, the first part looks like fake laughing, then he actually cracks up and does the facepalm to hide it.

Punk looks like he's doing the Yao Ming "Bitch Please" face at one point.

The feud should have been Punk hating HHH because he's scum and corporate or whatever. Not laughing at his fictional accomplishments. That does nobody any favours Actually it does plenty of favours. Look at it in a real-world context; Triple H is the really high-ranking boss who self-aggrandizes constantly and brags about how he's the best damn thing that's ever happened to the company. He calls a big meeting, including a lot of the people whose ideas and plans have been what really brought the company to where it is. He's good at his job and has done his fair share of things, but not enough to eclipse the rest of the company. And when he's giving his speech he starts talking about how he's better than everyone else in the room. And so Punk, the worker who has accomplished plenty of things to his own credit and who has had multiple clashes with Triple H on both personal and business levels, snickers at the remark because he's a deluded f*** greatly inflating his self-worth. That's what's happening. It does plenty of favours because that's their characters. They were even set to feud at Wrestlemania before he walked. It all clicks.

The Cena promo showed how an A-plus player can save a segment from being hijacked by fans. He took them into his hands and molded them like putty.
The gif of Punk should be the moment when Cena draws him into the discussion and basically says "I made you." Looks like the petulent child he is.

Tell me one time in your life time when you never felt that you weren't the best and then seeing someone who you consider to be below you in every aspects.
CM Punks attitude represents everyone who has ever thought that they deserved the same amount of admiration & respect that other guys do. Everyone plays favorites. Thats how life is. There is always someone who is below you and you know that to be true only to find out that they get the better things. CM Punk is Frank Grimes to Cenas Homer Simpson. You work hard to get to where you are and don't get the same accolades to show for it while others are awarded for pretty much no reason. CM Punk is a wrestler where as Cena is an entertainer. People like me are geared more towards Punk because like I said he represents the people in life who can't understand or deal with those who get rewarded for being "The Face" just cause they have the look over the skills.

I loved this segment so much. Bryan was eating up the crowd cheering for him, as were Henry and Miz I think, Punk's facial expressions were hilarious, and I could not help but laugh at the 'eat shit' look Christian had throughout the whole thing. It was awesome.
