I'm guessing the battle royal will be for Randy Savage this year. I doubt it. It was for Andre not because he was just dead, it's because the Battle Royale was considered his specialty match.

Did I miss something? Why is Bryan/Ziggler a thing?

Not bad. I'm hoping Bryan/Ziggler is just a mutual respect/lets show the world what we can do, and not turning one of them heel.

Did I miss something? Why is Bryan/Ziggler a thing? Ziggler asked Bryan if he wanted to steal the show at Mania on Twitter and then today went on a sad little rant about the world needing DBvsDZ at Wrestlemania

This card isn't bad, per sae, (HHH/Sting will be worth for the pure spectacle, and if Orton/Rollins and Bryan/Ziggler gets time, they'll both be great matches) but with the roster they have at their disposal, they could do a lot better. And it while I'm glad that two of my favorites could potentially be wrestling each other on this card, it sickens me that Ambrose, who was the hottest face in the game and has main evented two PPV's, won't receive a featured match. And, the fact that what we all feared, in that Rusev was being built up to fall to Cena, is even worse.

As long as Rollins cashes in on Reigns after defeating Brock successfully at the end of the night, I have no problem with Orton getting a hard fought victory over him where he only just wins. Rollins is the ultimate savior for them in all this Reigns backlash, dudes ready for it.
Would love to see Bryan vs Zinger live. Just hoping beyond all hope it would get a good amount of time (20 minutes bell to bell) so they can actually have a classic they are more than able to have.

Considering how WWE treated them at the Royal Rumble, and their storyline will just basically be a respect feud, I can't see them getting more than 10 minutes at the most. 15 is a stretch. 20 would be a surprise.

Need to give Dolph and Bryan a storyline. Hey, the Usos aren't doing anything with those tag belts. Give them to Dolph and Bryan for the classic tag champions that fight each other at Wrestlemania story. They can even end the storyline at Summerslam when Bryan wins custody of Brie Bella in a ladder match.

Ziggler and Bryan having a match just to have a match does not do it for me. Maybe a face vs face respect thing could be cool but otherwise it's way too meta for me. Two dudes who can't catch a break wrestling each other to spite their crazy boss. It is depressing and pointless more than anything else, and I already feel that way about life in general. I don't need it in my wrestling. Neither of them should turn heel, either, considering they're part of the very few faces who actually get the reaction they're supposed to. Not like it matters in the WWE though. Nihilismania 2015.

It would be cool if Bryan put Ziggler over here, but even that aside it should still be a great match. Not to mention the fact that Dolph is getting a singles match on the Mania card is also pretty cool. I think this would be the first time for him.

I think Bryan/Ziggler would get a decent amount of time if it happened. They got a WWE Match Of The Year out of 16 minutes in 2010, and that was when they were "lowly midcarders" instead of fringe main eventers.
Let's look at the times from last year and see what would be different (these are bell-to-bell times, not including entrances)...
Hogan/Austin/Rock segment: approx. 15-17 minutes Triple H v Bryan: 25:58 Shield v Kane/Outlaws: 2:56 Andre Battle Royal: 13:25 Cena v Wyatt: 22:25 Lesnar v Undertaker: 25:12 Vickie Invitational: 6:48 Orton v Batista v Bryan: 23:20
Now, the tag title match will probably be on the pre-show again, so that's irrelevant to the discussion. So would the Battle Royal and the Divas match, since that will likely get the same amount of time. And I'm also assuming that they may not do another big promo segment to start with, since those haven't been the normality. So that leaves our five singles matches (Lesnar v Reigns, Cena v Rusev, Triple H v Sting, Rollins v Orton and Bryan v Ziggler) and approximately two hours or so to divide between them.

Honestly I don't know how hyped I can get for an Undertaker match now that the Streak is broken.

Please retire Randy Orton just go away forever He's never going away because no-one else will pay him as well as wrestling, his WWE movie was trounced by one starring the Miz for cripes sake... and soon there'll be two of him because Roman is on the fast track to Ortonia where he gets to main event forever despite his limited appeal because he's handsome and his father was in the WWF.
