Man City will be the BPL champions. I'm very confident in that pick. Aguero, Kompany, Sterling, Yaya Toure. They are, in my opinion, the most talented overall team in the league and they've been playing like it. Man United are good, but they're not playing to their ability and it's going to take them a while to gel. Chelsea are shit, and Arsenal seem like much ado about nothing IMO.
If Bayern or PSG decide that the lack of European trophies trump the domestic success both teams will have, I could see Mourinho taking one of those jobs. Say what you will about him as a person, the guy is an amazing coach that teams will fall all over themselves for should Abramovich decide he's had enough and wants a new toy.

Although as stated it's only a couple of games old but Chelsea have been crap this year and City have been pretty damn good. I don't actually think Sterling has made that much of a difference (and believe it or not, that's not me being a bitter Liverpool fan), it's because Kompany and Toure both look as if they got a swift kick in the arse after their awful performances last year. Again though, it's only a couple of games old.

It's been 2 games for pete's sake.... It could be reactionary and my predictions could be way off come 15 May. If that's the case, Then fine. As of week 2 of the season, I just don't see the tension and distractions at Stamford Bridge dying down anytime soon. Especially considering that Roman Abramovich is much more reactionary than I could ever be. Especially when it comes to Mourinho who, for some reason or another, he doesn't like. Probably because Abramovich wants nothing but yes men in his organization and Mou is the exact opposite of that. That's affected how the team plays and if it continues, I don't see it ending well. Pellegrini realizes that he has something to prove with all the Pep talk and his team realizes that as well. This is make or break for him and I think his team comes through for him by keeping this up for the majority of the season.

It's been 2 games for pete's sake.... Yeah, Chelsea had one bad game but let's not forget that this is the same team that waltzed to the PL last year. City look in much better shape this year and look likely to offer more of a challenge but we should not be writing Chelsea off on the basis of one game. Stranger things have happened over the course of a season. We beat Man United 5-0 to go five points clear in mid-October of '96 and went on to lose the title by a considerable gap. One game makes no difference, Chelsea will be ip there

(Slightly biased) prediction for tomorrow:
Liverpool 1 (Coutinho) - Bournemouth 2 (Wilson, Ritchie)

I'm absolutely tanking when it comes to the FANtasy Premier League so far (unless Henderson puts on a clinic against Bournemouth tomorrow night).
And to add to the rest, Sunderland looked pretty shocking yesterday. Glad Norwich actually made the most of it.

Really need to sort my FANtasy team out. Didn't do my team this week and I've got Mahrez as my 3rd sub and Baines (who is out for 3 months) in my starting line up. Also Schweinsteiger who hasn't even started a game yet.

The match report on the official Chelsea site is pure comedy. Reading it, you would think Chelsea were hard done by bad decisions and not comprehensively crushed by a superior team.

If Man City do sign De Bruyne & sack off Navas, they'll be even better

There are reports going around that Cristiano Ronaldo may be getting transferred to one of the MLS teams located in NYC after buying a $18.5m loft there.

So a perfectly good Bournemouth goal is disallowed and an offside goal is allowed. Nice one officials.

Looks like Liverpool & Man U are the new Arsenal, two 1-0 victories so far.

And after gameweek 2 in the Annual F.A.N trophy of awesome league, your leader is team Educated Feet with 116 points, followed by team Eastlands in second with 92 Points. Afc Rush are clearly the Sunderland of the league this season
