A bunch of bad wwf gimmick wrestlers who are all shouting "You're Gimmick Sucks!". It make for a great sig  And at last my epic piece is finished. Good God. Took ages but it was worth it. The delay can probably be blamed on the fact that I originally intended to make very simplified and stylized versions of each gimmick but then, being me, I started add far more detail than I should have. I would like to request an Anxious Chicken. You know whats i mean. And now, in complete contrast to the previous sketch, here's how fast I can make one! And not only that, it's our first coloured sketch! Yeah, the thing is, not only is this a very simple one, I had a very good image in mind of what I wanted to do before I started. Also, I really wanted this one to be coloured because it's meant to be used as an avatar so I wanted to make sure it was easily recognizable when downsized and black and white rarely looks good for that. I've got some news! Someone has made a request through DeviantArt. Now, originally I only wanted to take requests through this thread (I even asked people who sent me PM's or contacted me through social media to make their request here so I could keep track of it) but since this person is not a member of the forum and I am actually interested to see if I can get people from other places to make requests. If this become typical, I might have to move the "requests hub" to somewhere else so people from all walks of cyber-life may post them and to avoid making things awkward by discussing too much "outside" stuff. Hm, I did want to do something with my Tumblr account other than reblog stuff by better artists...
In the meantime, I'll post the request here so I remember it:
Glad to see these forums don't have a monopoly on insanity. Also, why do people want me to draw birds so much?

More news! Today was my birthday and my parents got me a scanner/printer combo! This means I will finally be able to properly scan my sketches and hopefully get better quality stuff and work faster!

Also, sketching done and inking started on the Luke Cage sketch. I love how the Netflix version was so much easier to draw because it's basically just a guy in regular clothes.

Your Sonic is really, really good. He's hard to get right because of his weird anatomy, but you nailed him. Could you try drawing.....Luke Cage's Netflix incarnation, standing next to the classic comic Luke and thinking to himself how dumb he looks? And there it is! This is one of those that was much easier and faster to do than I expected. Then again, human characters is what I am the most used to drawing so I guess I shouldn't be so surprised. Also, why is it that I always feel like I f*** up hands when I ink them? They always look good to me when I draw them in pencils, but then I ink them and it looks wrong to me. In a reference to one of the more surreal events in my life, could I please request Chris Jericho talking to me in a pub whilst holding a bottle of grey goose, in the background a man with long curly hair and glasses (looks like Big Dick Dudley) takes a pic of us on his phone and his flash goes off, which angers Jericho. Here's a pic of me for the timeframe for reference, apologies for horrible posed selfie haha {Spoiler}{Spoiler}  I realise it's oddly specific and probably not that funny for anyone else but you'd be my hero forever (and I need a new sig!) I have inked one of the sketches I posted here before. I have actually started inking it since Halloween but I kept doing it on and off in between requests. I have started work on Alexa in BAS style. Not an easy request as I have to emulate another artist's style without actually drawing one of their characters. But I do like a good challenge!
