A few people were saying how epic the movie looks. I watched the spot, and it looks like a low-rent version of all of the other PotC spots. Some of the worse effects I think I've seen in these movies yet. The bird was particularly bad looking, like you could practically see the greenscreen wrap in it on it's leg. It was so bad.
I like Javier Bardem, but Jesus, he should have stayed away from this.

They are nowhere near done processing by the time they make them. |

I think I enjoyed the last one well enough, but I honestly can't tell you anything about it. There was Blackbeard? And maybe Blackbeard's daughter? That's all I've got. And murderous mermaids. Sheesh, there have been a few forgettable films in recent years & the last one was one of 'em. |

I don't care how many more Pirate of Carribean movies they make. Like yeah it isn't my favorite franchise but Johnny Depp is in my good books just for the fact he always carries a Captain Jack Sparrow costume in the trunk of his car just in case he can make surprise appearances in Children's Hopsitals.

Looks fun enough, but these movies really need to work on their run times. I think outside of the original, they all drag on for about 40 unnecessary minutes.

I loved the first one. The others were very forgettable. I can't remember much at all about them. 2 had that squid face man and a fun fight scene with the British redcoat. 3 had  4 I think had a sort of big naval battle at the end and didn't Will take over Davy Jones ship? |

These movies got worse with sequels
1. Was a very fun movie , loved it
2.Dragged a bit, still somewhat enjoyable
