Didnt Cena start dating Nikki months after the divorce? Yeah he got divorced because he was apparently banging a pornstar, who posted a photo of herself with the WWE title wrapped around her ass as evidence. The best part was that she eventually made a porn with a John Cena stand in.

Didn't Ahmed Johnson once point to his position in the PWI monthly rankings as justification for a push? To be honest, a lot of guys did that. It's called (in the words of Bruce Mitchell) "being a mark for yourself", which Ahmed definitely was. Considering his pictures now he went from being a mark for himself to being a mark for corn dogs.

The announcers hyped up John Cena vs Triple H at Night of Champions 2008 as "a moment in time". Well, technically it was... me typing this was another "moment in time". Anyone reading this will take another "moment in time" to do so. They just didn't say that it was a particularly good or significant "moment in time".

"THERE'S NO WAY JOHN CENA CAN AA THE BIG SHOW!" Every single Cena/Big Show match, ever. Not just Big Show, either. Pretty much every match Cena had with a big man-type. I remember one Raw, 7/8/13 (had to look it up), where we all mocked him for failing to pick up Mark Henry, which he'd done effortlessly countless times before.

'People are talking about Hulk getting an Oscar for his performance in 'No Holds Barred', Brain!'
Or Gene Okerlund talking about his 'Good, long time close personal friend' in whoever was guesting at that years Wrestlemania. I know that wrestling is s hype business, but still...

Greg Valentine apparently unaware of social progress for the last 100 years regarding women. I think its more a case of him becoming aware of the massive popularity of Ronda Rousey and then thinking that slagging her and women wrestlers off would of a good way to get cheep and easy publicity.

Still far less absurd than the multiple times he's struggled to lift Baron Corbin.

Announcers claiming that the refs couldn't tell the difference between Ax and Smash. Are you doubting Bobby "The Brain" Heenan?

"But Hunter... we're Girls..." - Beth Phoenix during the walkout, the then strongest woman in the company, worried about safety and taking care of herself, because she's a woman.
WOMENS REVOLUTION!

I fully believe that it's possible that Terry Bollea knew James Hetfield and/or Lars Ulrich in the late 70s or early 80s. It's also plausible that he jammed with them once or twice or talked about it, because he's known to be an at least competent bassist. But no, Hulk Hogan, you were not "going to be the bassist in Metallica". He's clarified this on Talk is Jericho. He sent them an audition tape when they needed a bassist as did thousands of people. That was him back peddaling as his original statement wasn't "he sent in a tape" it was literally. It wasn't until Lars Ulrich was asked about it and said none of that statement is true that the Oh I meant I auditioned when they were looking for a new bassist line started. Which also clearly bullshit as Cliff died between Mania 2 and 3... AKA the peak of Hulk Hogan's wrestling career.

If you watch the WWE: The Triumph and Tragedy of World Class Championship Wrestling DVD from ten years ago you will hear Michael Hayes acting like he can take credit for just about everything good that ever happened in WCCW. I guess if no one is around to call you out on your bullsh*t you can make whatever claims you want.

And yet we're still supposed to root for him and Nikki. Didnt Cena start dating Nikki months after the divorce? I meant cheering for Nikki marrying a known cheater. It's rarely a one time thing for cheaters.

- Triple H.
From a guy who spent most of the years during and after the attitude era pushing people down and having anyone and everyone lay down for him.

Can add that new tripe they've been hashing out, "I was talking to [so-and-so] earlier today, and he told me..." They always follow it up with some bullshit, like I believe if he has breaking news, the first guy he'd tell is David Otunga. That crap got old when Ed Farmer did it during White Sox games. It became amusing, picturing Ed talking to some 200 personnel, players and coaches (some in Spanish!) before games.
