• The AJ Styles/Daniel Bryan and announcement of the handicap match also seems like it could be the beginning of a heel turn for Bryan. If WWE feels as if Bryan will be leaving the company later this year, it would probably increase the chance of them turning him heel.

• Not only would it somewhat hurt his mainstream appeal and value, but WWE's goal - should Bryan leave - will be to try and minimize him taking any WWE fans to the indie scene or another promotion. The thinking is that if he leaves as a heel, less fans will be inclined to follow him wherever he chooses to go.

Honestly,it wouldn't surprise me.

They already blamed Bryan for Reigns not being over in the past, I wouldn`t place past WWe to have Bryan as a scapegoat for things and to hold a grudge over petty things

Except that probably wont work. Those who want to see Daniel Bryan wrestling in another company will want to see him in a different company whether he is face or heel.

If they turn Bryan heel and pair him with Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens I guarantee they will be the most over act in the company by the time Bryan leaves in September.

Especially if the "Babyface" they're up against is old man Shane.

Not surprised. Read a Bryan interview saying if he's WWE doesn't have him wrestling at Mania, he's doesn't see himself wrestling in WWE again, so yeah they'll turn him "heel" it'll fail and he'll make a buttload of money wherever he goes.

LOL the fact the WWE thinks will cheer Shane over Bryan is funny. Yeah that trio will get over like Jericho and Owens did. To much entertainment.
