What are some of the laziest face turns you can remember
Stone Cold the night after the survivor series winner takes all match. F*** it we beat you last night but because Vince and Kurt are acting smug that makes Austin a face again

AJ Styles last year. He shook Shane's hand (weeks removed from jumping him in the parking lot and smashing his head though a car window) and boom... babyface.

Any Alicia Fox turn. They involve her smiling or frowning when she comes out.

Big Show... turns after smiling at Teddy Long jovially. Guess that humiliation conga he got before moving to Smack Down beat some sense into him.

He and his buddies smash the Rock with a vehicle, then on that weekend, the Rock and Hogan have a rasslin' match and shake hands when it's over.

Weren't they sort of building that frustration level up for a while for them I mean technically the match they had against the Wyatts vs a Heel vs Heel match but I believe The Shield was showing babyface tendencies by then

It was done with an angle with Lawler and Kane. Here's a clip. Given who they were I felt it could have been executed better like say Triple H (who was thwarting Bryan repeatedly then) sent The Shield after Bryan and then The Shield does the same thing except with Bryan being saved and then they take out Kane and the NAO with Bryan helping fight Trips. The fact it was Kane just made it feel like it wasn't important.

Right forgot about this whole set up Seth around this time was getting a bunch of mic time to make him more comfortable The end result of this was that squash at Mania

I feel this way pretty much any time Randy Orton turns face. The guy spends months, even years at a time, acting like a violent sociopath, but suddenly he decides to attack the other heels, and that somehow makes him a face?

Any time they don't actually do a turn and just have the person/team come out as babyfaces.
You tend to see this in NXT where heels with fan support just are babyfaces one day (American Alpha is a prime example), though the main roster will pull this occasionally, with New Day being a prime example where they were feuding with the League of Nations out of the blue after being allied with them weeks earlier.

Any time a heel becomes a super-face just because they were double-crossed by heelier heels. I don't mind it when there's a gradual shift from heel, to tweener, to face.

They did that with Prime Time Players as well after Darren Young announced he was gay to TMZ

Big Show... turns after smiling at Teddy Long jovially. Guess that humiliation conga he got before moving to Smack Down beat some sense into him. IIRC, during the brand split there were several times where someone moved from one brand to another and on their debut were immediately presented as now being a face (or heel).

Eddie Guerrero in 2003. He turned heel by beating the shit out of his partner Tajiri. Next week he acts like a scumbag heel and gets cheered. The week after that, he cuts a promo joking about his "Latino temper" and grins and shrugs it off. He literally shrugged off a heel turn.

Sure I was a total asshole to everyone but these guys were mean to me so you should love me right? Between the fans not getting behind him because bigger assholes turned on him and HHH taking the title from him a month after he won it, shit was bad for Randy WWE botched that one hard and you can see Randy was lost because his babyface tactic was to just do his pose every time
