Honestly, I wonder what AJ's opinion of this is. She gave Cabana a hug at the end of the trial there. I'm sure this whole thing is impacting her mentally as well and given her own issues, man. Everyone who's really close to these 2 are impacted.

Now imagine knowing and loving both of these men as friends and seeing what this damn Doctor lawsuit has lead to between these two. Some are going to pick sides. Some are gonna fade away from both. Some are going to feel betrayal. Everyone is going to be hurt.

We already seen Punk sister throw her 2 cents out, i'm sure AJ is someone who wants to stay away but Punk's wife you might get dragged in the middle, same with whoever wants to come to Colt's defense but not end up on Punk shit list

Considering AJ is married to Punk, she is going to support him and if she doesn't it would end very badly. What she is actually thinking inside? Who knows and I don't see her speaking publicly about this outside of giving her support to him.

WWE just posted a video where they zoomed in on Punk's back pocket and you can see a $500,000 bill sticking out of his wallet.

As his wife really you can only hope she doesn't speak on this publicly and just support him in terms of being his backbone
Punk may be an asshole but he's human soo shit has to get to him at some point and that's where she comes in as a shoulder to lean on and speak to.

I felt I needed to take a look at these parts of the Chicago Sun Times article again:
However, Cabana alleges that he received an April 2016 email from Punk regarding a financial billing Punk had received from his legal representatives, Loeb & Loeb, with Punk writing, "To date I have spent $513,736 dollars on this Amman lawsuit. My outstanding bill is at least 300K. Half of all this is yours. Divide the 513,736 by 2 that is what you owe me and what I expect you to pay me. Starting now, I will no longer be paying your bills. You are on your own. Whatever my bill is currently, will be cut in half and half will be yours. If you choose to make this all ugly, that's fine too. I hope you won't, but I gave up on you doing what is right a long time ago."
It had been believed for some time that there had been a personal falling out between the two over the course of the Amann lawsuit. Based on the correspondence included in the lawsuit, that certainly appears to have been the case.
Cabana claims in the lawsuit that he was later told by Punk's attorney that he would continue to represent Cabana, even if Cabana wasn't paying the fees, as long there "is no conflict between you and Phil that prevents me from morally and ethically representing you."
Cabana retained Loeb & Loeb until March 2017, when he claimed that he was forced to hire his own representation. In the lawsuit, Cabana stated he was "informed and believed" that Punk caused Loeb & Loeb to withdraw as Cabana's attorney.
Punk told Cabana he wasn’t paying his half of the fees two years ago. This is new news to us but not to them. Why would Punk’s attorney continue to represent Cabana knowing he wouldn’t get paid? Cabana seemed so relieved the case was over but he had to know he was getting stuck with half the bill, especially when he was forced to find new representation. I’m really wondering if Punk agreed to cover all his fines if they lost but not his fees. I have a hard time believing Punk would agree to cover both. That would be extremely expensive. Something feels off about all this.

For what it's worth, Colt and Punk's trainer Ace Steel retweeted Lou D'Angeli's post shitting on Cabana.
It appears Ace is on Punk's side. Lol even Colt's close friends like Ace and Cliff Compton are turning on him. There's probably something more to the story that has people on the know turning on Cabana.

CM Punk should counter-sue for when Cabana said all those times "wanna hear a joke?" and it wasn't funny.

It says that the attorney would continue to represent Colt even if he wasn't paying the bills (obviously bill him later) and later dropped him forcing Cabana to get another one thus stuck with half of what Punk owned and his own attorney fees. Legal proceedings just don't pop up like they do in TV shows so it took the lawsuit a bit to come to fruition. Punk would have to pay the same amount if he lost so why would that come into play?

I could see it being a few things: either Colt did something really vile that turned everyone against him, or its the feeling that running to the courts is a "bitch move", or they are afraid that if Punk was willing to cut off his best friend, he wouldn't hesitate to cut them off as well. I'm sure it will all come out at some point, but for everyone's sake I hope it gets settled soon.

If this does go to trial, while it won't be good for anyone involved, it will be entertaining and most likely answer a lot of these questions.

I know its got nothing to do with the case, its his own personal life, and usually something I wouldn't call into question, but I was just thinking: its kinda ironic that Punk, a guy that can rival Batista in how many women he's slept with over the years, has issues in trusting people and expects total loyalty to him. Remember people praising him for being a hero goal oriented person when he says he views his time in WWE as a failure fir having never main evented WM? The thing about a person that goal oriented is that the goal is all that matters-it’s about the destination, not the journey. You are either helping them to that goal or you are just spare baggage. And once the goal is attained you suddenly become yesterdays news as a new goal pops up. CC helped Punk attain his goal in the lawsuit-so guess what that means. I liked it when Punk accomplished his goal in UFC of having his head used as a speed bag.

This is the weird thing. It's SUCH a change of tone, so so quickly. I just...what the hell. I'm seriously thinking Punk's Straight Edge Sociopath thing on his twitter isn't a clever tag and is a way more accurate descriptor than realised. Whether more surfaces that we don't know or not, the dude seems to have some strange, strange wiring. I'm only an armchair psychologist... but Punk seems more Narcissistic than Sociopathic. (especially since Sociopaths are not a thing in psychology anymore) I studied about 6 years of Psych but it was a while ago now, there's been at least 1 DSM since, is sociopathy no longer a recognised thing? That said I know the latest DSM made a number of contentious removals, so... My main point for the sociopathy was the antisocial behaviour, the manipulative/false trust, and narcissism can come packaged in with it as I understand. But again it's been a long, long time since I did any psychological reading. Whatever the case, Punk definitely has some isues.

Even though I could be wrong, I've always thought dude's hardcore fans (well hardcore fans of particular people in general) seem far different than other hardcore fans. If that's just the fans I can only wonder how those close to him are. Even Cabana himself put himself in the line of fire for Punk fully knowing he could lose a ton of money. Like, imagine his mindset. He's already dealing with things and yet he took that risk? It's wild.
