Yea, Punk comes off as a dick for this
Even if you want to say he isn't swimming with money despite the fact he got a nice payday from his time in WWE and 2 big checks from the UFC, you promised your friend you would help out as he had no obligation to let you vent your frustrations on his podcast
Add in the supposed reason Punk got mad at Colt because he said hello to some friends at Raw and he comes off as really petty. Yes, at least 250K is a good chunk of change but if you promised your friend you was going to do that and you backed out then idk how you can spin this in Punk favor.
Colt wouldn't be in this mess if he didn't let Punk air his grievances

To be fair, CM Punk only brought in a measly half a million dollars a month or so ago. No way he could afford paying his best friend's legal fees.
And I thought Amann was a dipshit; this is pathetic.

Punk's a bitch. Yeah we knew he was prior but wow, that's f***ed up. Cabana was dragged into this and now he's being left to sink. I hope Cabana wins this case. It can be said that Cabana also used Punk for downloads and should've edited the part about Dr ZPak. Neither one is innocent here. Man...CM Punk knew Cabana was going to get a ton of hits off this.
