Punk's sister tweeted some stuff about Colt BUT if your brother told him to keep the podcast up because he was loyal to your brother and he said he would look out, who's really in the wrong here?
Friends help friends and if Punk whole thing is well I helped Colt by giving him the interview, you abso f****ing lutely did not help him at all
Now unless Colt has been scheming on Punk for years this fire and fury seems rather odd (even with that type of money on the line)

This seems like it's going to get ugly on a personal level. Wouldn't be shocked if public opinion tanks on both after all the continued drama. Sad damn situation. Yea, this is going to get really personal and no one will win in this in that regard which is sad because a lot of people will be collateral damage and get dragged into their scuffle |

He's not rich like Punk, he can't afford to keep paying legal fees for years and Punk can afford much much better lawyers. |

Besides that even if they want to say the text was messed with or it isn't true, they will more than likely ask for the phone records from the phone companies to confirm the text at those times and anything else that may be relevant to the case |

I would assume so since the case is built around those text and possibly any other exchanges by phone
Now as you said it would be a complete hassle but I assume it all depends on how strongly the lawyer feels that would make or break the case
For now they would probably have to knock out the obvious but vital question of did Punk really offer to help Colt with legal expenses and if true did he write that text as well
