I only watched WCW back in the day, and there was never any blip whatsoever for DX showing up driving a truck. But then, who knows.
Also, the impact of Chris Jericho over the years seems a little inflated.

HHH’s reign of terror.
If you really think about it, the likes of Steiner, Nash, Kane and Booker has no business being WWE Champ back in 2003. I’ll give you RVD... he was over as hell and could have had a great run with the title back then.
But considering his drug habits, I’m not really surprised they didn’t trust him with the responsibility. I mean the dude got pulled over 2 weeks into his reign back in 2006 and as much as I hate to say it... he kinda proved them right 😕
Booker was meh in the ring. I’m not really gutted he didn’t win at WM19 cause it meant more when the likes of Benoit and Batista finally conquered The Game. If HHH didn’t win so much, it wouldn’t mean as much when he finally got beat.

I've said it for years and will continue to do so: Whether people want to accept it or not, there is absolutely no plausible way to deny that Triple H carried that company on his back during what could have been a very dark time. There was absolutely no one else prepared to do so. Everyone else with name value was gone, he took the reigns, led them through, and did the best he could. He deserves all the credit he gets for stepping up the way he did, and doing a pretty damn great job of it.

Hulk Hogan recalling ANYTHING Hulk Hogan describing anything, whether it's from the past, in the present, or making a prediction for the future. I think that's over exaggerated itself, people act as if Hogan actually believes all that happened, or is suffering from dementia.

His court case proved that Hogan knows the difference between reality and the things he often says. It hasn't, however, stopped him from making ridiculous exaggerated claims almost every time a camera is in front of him.

Didn’t Nash and Hall manage to get more money out of WCW because they thought they really were going to jump back to the WWF? Apparently they did. Bischoff and the Turner people were idiots. Eric Bischoff isn't allowed to call anyone a "stupid mark"; he may just be one of the biggest marks in the history of the business.

Not much good as your standard bearer on a wwe schedule.

People were actually paying to see him lose. He wasn’t a “cool” heel either, he was just a prick that you couldn’t wait to see get his ass handed to him. When Batista finally did it, the arena shook. THATS how you build a star. You had The Game conquering everybody for years whilst his understudy has been taking notes of everything he’s been doing. He wasn’t silly like Orton. He knew HHH would turn on him in a heartbeat and when it was time, he outsmarted him and completely dominated him. That has to be one of the best storylines ever.

Joey Styles punching JBL. The way I've read or heard the story told you'd think he got the dude like Butterbean got Bart Gunn. And the fact it was a sucker punch.

The amount of hatred fans had for Rocky Maivia has definitely been exaggerated. I watched through that whole run and he definitely had some chants going in certain cities but they were far from the majority of the crowd. He certainly wasn't getting over as a babyface but he was far from despised.

HHH skywriting with a fighter jet. I don't think HHH has a pilot's license.

I don't disagree with this except if they had no plans of putting the title on Booker they really really should not have run a racial angle and then have the big bad racist win.

Vince being a small time promoter that took a small territory and turned it into a huge company. That’s bullshit, the wwwf was pretty much the east coast, Vince had already an advantage over the other promoters.

Can we do stories told by non-WWE (at the time) employees too? If so, how's:
Ricky Steamboat was made into a faceless cartoon character with no past in 1991. Nope, they still called him Steamboat and mentioned his past time to time. Not ALWAYS but they did.
Can we just say the whole Randy Savage/Stephanie story?
