Goodfellas. Yep, that's right. I didn't care for it. Whadaya want? But put James Cameron's "Avatar" on the list for me. Watched it at a friends house on her new big acreen when it first came on DVD....jesus i had to fight like crazy to stay awake

Here's one that may get me some hate on here: Vertigo. Or rather it was dull on a repeat viewing. The first time I saw it I was interested in what was going on. But the 2nd time? It felt like too much of Jimmy Stewart following Kim Novak around and it was nearly sleep inducing. Oblivion with Tom Cruise is another movie that nearly put me to sleep. Oblivion had some neat designs in it, but yeah it was very forgettable and the twist was stupid.

"Hereafter" is the most boring movie that I have ever seen.

Fell asleep during Children of Men on two separate watchings, couldn't tell you how it ends.
Batman Begins was so boring it was painful.

Howard the duck - even as a kid I just hated this film. My best friends family's always seemed to have this on. I wondered if they were being punished for something.
Pirates of the Caribbean 3 - longest boringest yep I'm using that word I've ever had the misfortune to sit through.
The never-ending story - it sure as hell felt like the title was appropriate. Zzzzz
Mazerunner - meh
That one Will Smith movie were he's some anti superhero or something? Idk just a total mess

But still Howard is a child punishment movie.

Just saw An Elephant Sitting Still at the Philly Film Festival. It won the top prize of the festival but damn. Boring as all get-out.
In terms of a wider release, The Graduate

Thread is getting wildly liberal with "Critically acclaimed."

Also, The Lovely Bones is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Nobody likes this movie. It's a shower of shit. Was it Roger Ebert who pointed out that the movie's point seemed to essentially be that dying is the best thing that can happen to you?

The Tea Cozy. It's about a tea cozy. But I was told to "run, don't mosey, to " The Tea Cozy,"

Completely agree with Vertigo. First time I watched it, as a kid even, I followed along just fine. tried watching it on TV a few weeks ago and Nope. Couldn't do it. Might just be the way the film is paced.

Inception. By all accounts I should love it but Lord it's really freaking boring to me.
Tho I seem to have that problem with Christopher Nolan in general, even The Dark Knight Trilogy.

Deep Impact and Armageddon.
I don't know how 2 movies in the same year can both make the end of the world via f***ing comet impact seem boring.

Gotta agree on Lord of the Rings, watching Return of The King in a theater made me yearn for when I had the last of my baby teeth pulled. And that was without anything to numb the pain.

Get ready to hate me, but Inception. Cool concept, excellent visuals, and some good sequences, but I was getting bored watching it. Good call. I like the director and the actors, but this movie is so overrated . I got so sick of watching them sitting in the van bouncing back and forth in slow motion.
