The official Hobbs and Shaw trailer has dropped. It's what you'd expect so of course I am there for stupid dialogue and ridiculous action.

Still can't get over the ridiculous plothole that is Shaw being accepted as an antihero after straight killing Han.

This looks as over the top and ridiculous as I thought it would. Can't wait to see it.

This looks loud, brash, and undeniably the stupidest thing ever.
I’ll be there opening night.

This looks like Spy, but with Melissa McCarthy played by The Rock. I'm in.

I’m tickled by the idea that a movie franchise that started out being about illegal street racing has become basically a superhero franchise.

This is pretty much exactly what I would expect the Dark Knight Trilogy to look like if it was directed by Michael Bay.

All I can say is that I am looking forward to it, as well as the fact that people on the internet are already whining about an F&F spinoff.

Still can't get over the ridiculous plothole that is Shaw being accepted as an antihero after straight killing Han. The most annoying part of fast 8 was Dom and Deckard shaking hands at the end

I see Glasgow's George Square trying to pass for London!
Was actually there last year when they were filming it. I remember some c*** walking with his bike running over my foot when walking down Hanover Street.

I thought Owen Shaw's bizarre and unexplained face turn in F8 was more absurd to be honest. Would Hobbs really care much about Han anyway? I don't recall them sharing any particular screen time.

I’m tickled by the idea that a movie franchise that started out being about illegal street racing has become basically a superhero franchise. A lot of people tend to get it wrong when talking about the plot of the first film. The racing was an aesthetic and only a secondary part of the story. The first film was more or less Point Break with racing instead of surfing. Hell, the second film was more like a buddy cop movie that had one guy on the run and another criminal working with feds to bring down a drug lord to clear their records. Tokyo Drift actually had the racing as part of the plot. As I had noted, people on FB are already bitching about this movie, saying that how the Fast and Furious franchise had changed, and some even asked where the main crew was. Some don't even understand that this is a spinoff film.
