Arsenal have regressed even further since Wenger left. Stubborn refusal to sort out their defence and holding midfield problems. They've been emulating the mid-'90s Newcastle "Doesn't matter if you score three, we'll score four" mentality. Trouble is, their attacking players are so inconsistent that scoring twice seems to be a struggle.

Leeds doing a Leeds against Cardiff. Aaaand this is why I was worried about restarting the season. Leeds wasn't going to recover that form. Also I really wish we would buy a striker already.

We have Augustin, who's always injured.. But if we go up, im 100 % certain bamford is a gonner, he divides the Leeds United fanbase. Sure his first season wasn't prolific, but in Chris Wood's first season he was wanted gone too just because he couldn't match McCormacks tally, the guy sat next to me was likely the president of the wood's hate club. Bamford hasnt improved in his second season though. Phillips, who was at fault for 1st goal, was bad pre-bielsa.. Now hes branded the yorkshire pirlo (hes not at that level) Thankfully results apart from losing went our way

I’ve seen some dull Merseyside derbies in my life. That ranks up there with one of the worst.

Trouble is, their attacking players are so inconsistent that scoring twice seems to be a struggle. At least those Newcastle teams worked hard. This Arsenal side are some the laziest bunch I've ever seen in football. For whatever reason, Arteta has lost that locker room by simply asking them to put in the work. Something even senior players like David Luiz and Mesut Özil seem physically incapable of doing these days.

Both teams coming back from an enforced break in a match that is usually defensive had goalless draw written all over it.

I just think that Everton team is a relegation side sans manager.

I just think that Everton team is a relegation side sans manager. I don’t get Everton. They have some good attacking players, a decent defence and a solid keeper (even with the occasional howler). It’s a squad that on paper should be pushing for European qualification but when you cause one of the nicest Managers In history to lose his rag and scream at you, something’s wrong.
