I don't know how disturbing they are, but the episode of Saved By The Bell where Zack treated the girl in the wheelchair like she was mentally challenged. And speaking of mentally challenged, The Facts of Life episode with the cute but slow delivery guy who liked Blair. Not only do they call him retarded a few times, but Blair thinks she can fix him. 1) Now we know why she probably f***ing killed herself. 2) There was also a Laverne and Shirley episode like this where Lenny goes out with a disabled woman. The conflict comes when Squiggy calls her a "retarded dummy" and runs her off, and I think Lenny knocks him out as a result. Speaking of L&S...Laverne's fire fighter boyfriend. That is all. And back to its parent show, it was kind of wrong in the one later Happy Days episode where Richie returns and has taken to drinking.

Well if we're gonna nominate Facts of Life episodes, then submitted for your approval is the Twilight Zone spoof episode where the girls are trapped in their house on a dark and stormy night being stalked a murderer. I think we can all agree that that was George Clooney's finest hour as an actor, and he has done nothing of any interest since. Heck even the first episode was messed up. Blair, the alpha female was accusing Cindy, the sporty girl of being “weird” (pretty plainly meaning gay throughout the episode).

The “Perils of Punky” episodes of Punky legit scared and bothered a very young me. Way too dark and creepy for a kids show.
Half the episodes of the early years of Punky Brewster were damn traumatizing

The Full House episode when she went through a dangerous diet to lose weight for a pool party. It was even covered in "Very Special Episode."
