Not trying to add fuel to the fire, but that's how I see it as well. Feels like a lot of pro-AEW bias around these boards. That's just how I see things. Yes, you are. Knock it the f*** off. We will *not* be doing fandom vs fandom on this forum. Go elsewhere for that garbage. This. This. This. Y'all can take that WWE vs. AEW "bias" crap from either side and you can walk right back to whatever dank social media outlet you brought it in from. We aren't doing that here and we are VERY serious about helping people move along their way if they want to try to turn this place into another one of those quagmires.

But with x amount of people still subscribing to the WWE Network rather than cancelling, plus happ(ier) broadcasters with original content. Showmanship and production don't come into it. Every single major sport is going to be playing games behind closed doors in the next 6 months, sitting around and waiting for things to go back to normal isn't an option. It's very likely Network subscriptions are down anyway. It might hurt the bleeding, but WWE only expected to gain 60,000 new subscribers for Mania this year anyway per their last conference call, and with people out of work a lot of them are likely looking to trim costs where they can and the WWE Network would probably be one of the first things to go for a good chunk of them. Sure, but 60,000 new subscribers is over half a million dollars a month. Plus whoever they retain that would've cancelled had they announced they were shutting everything down for six months. And then they'll be hoping that a lack of all other sporting options will give them added prominence and persuade a few others to give them the money they would've spent on whatever leisure activities they're no longer able to do. I can see the artistic arguments against it, but business-wise there's a pretty clear line of reasoning as to why they've done what they've done.

Reigns decided to address the reports on Instagram and confirmed it to be true. Good on him for not dodging the issue like the company currently are.

FWIW, WWE.com has not updated to exclude Roman.

What if Braun faces Goldberg dressed like Roman and does all of Roman's moves? Strowman Reigns.

FWIW, WWE.com has not updated to exclude Roman. I assume they taped a segment to explain the substitution for this week’s Smackdown.

That's funny because this is literally the only place online I talk about wrestling. So if I have that observation, it's from this board. I, of course, post this knowing you'll probably ban me, but if you all don't recognize there's a clear bias against WWE and a pass for AEW to run shows in this climate, get your heads out of the sand.

The amount of people who've had the network at some point and then cancelled is greater than the amount of subscribers they have currently. Those people aren't eligible for a free trial.

They're still promoting Roman Reigns vs Goldberg at Mania even on RAW tonight
Sorry but that's a real scummy move, you had days to edit that out of the taping. Promoting it like it's still happening is stupid and incredibly short sighted.

Allen Jones, Mark Callaway and Adam Copeland will be there according to Raw. That's good news.

You only have to reset your ID and change the password if you come back to the network. You only need a device with the wwe app. For the free trial, don't they still charge your debit/credit card at first to make sure it's valid, then return the money? I remember that being the case. If that's still the case, wouldn't they recognize the same card and not allow the second free month?
