3 hours after my first shot, only side effect.. I can't stop freaking eating! I ate a good sized lunch before going to the appointment. The ladies working at the vaccination center were very nice and easy on the eyes

Got me my first dose last Monday. Got kinda lucky, I was registered, but I wasn't called yet but my mom was. So I accompany her, as she's 70 and the place is far away, and in the vaccination area my mom asked the vaccination people if I can be included. Since some people apparently backed out, there's room so they're like sure.
And since she's a senior and I'm a PWD, we got into the priority lane and everything got done in about an hour, including the 15 minute observation period.
Next shot should be in the 28th or so.
Once my family is vaccinated, maybe I can finally sleep in my own bed and not the couch near the front door.

Got the J&J one on Monday and had some really shitty flu symptoms on Tuesday, but have been great since.

Got my first dose of Pfizer yesterday, felt some chills and had a headache a few hours later but felt better after a couple of Advil and had a good nights sleep. (And to be honest the headache was most likely because of my sinuses acting up due to impending rainfall in my area.)
My second shot isn't scheduled until Sept 22, but hopefully with more vaccine coming into Canada I might get lucky and they'll move things up a bit. (Especially since they mentioned it may be okay for mixed dosages of different vaccines.)
But for now like Tommy and Gina I'm halfway there, and living on a prayer.

Booked my second shot today, somehow was able to get in for Sunday. Manitoba is running out of Pfizer, so my second shot is gonna be Moderna. Guess we’ll see how this goes

Is there any one here who had side effects after their first pfizer shot other than a sore arm? I just got my first one at a local cvs yesterday. Last night all I had was a sore arm but today i have aches and a low grade fever. I also have no other conditions other than having had covid early march. Everyone I know at work who had been vacinated only had a sore arm after their first dose and didnt feel like crap until after the second if at all.

I got dose 2 (mederna) on Friday. I felt a little nauseous and pretty tired, plus a bad headache the following day. So it was like every other Saturday.

First shot on the 15th of June, so I'm about nearly two weeks for that. Will have my second appointment sometime in August at least.

Yeah, I had pretty much the same with my first pfizer. Aches and shivering, what you would probably class as very mild flu type symptoms. They only hung round for a couple of days, and then the sore arm went a few days after that.

I had the J&J back in March. No problems or side effects. Since it is only around 73% my wife and I decided to get the Pfizer now. Our state has plenty to go around anyway. Got our first last Friday and the second in July.
