What topics do you think they’ll cover?
Some I can think of…
Buck Zumhofe Marty Jannetty or just The Rockers Ian Rotten Hardbody Harrison X-Pac Jeff Hardy or maybe just the Hardy Boyz Buff Bagwell Lex Luger Louie Spicolli Art Barr Buzz Sawyer Reformed Wrestlers With Criminal Past (MVP, Booker, Etc) Nicole Bass Yokozuna
There is also a wrestler named Chris Colt who wrestled from the 1960s-1980s. He did drugs all the time and according to one story even hallucinated that he saw giant spiders during a cage match and freaked out. In 1996 he died from HIV complications. I always forget his name and had to look it up, but I’d imagine he’d make an interesting episode.

Great list,I'd add Chris Adams on there as his life and end was insane. Maybe add Trent Acid, the WWF Ringboy Scandal, WCW discrimination lawsuit, and one on Chris Ca$h who had his career cut tragically short

They should also discuss the Yakuzas involvement in Japanese wrestling, which is the worst kept secret and have Rikidozan be the focal point of the episode. Maybe even have a parallel story about his murderer. A lot of puroesau wrestlers have some affiliation or backing from the Yakuza. A good example is Honma. Hes loosely affiliated with the Yakuza. Its why NJPW hasn't offered him a contract and made him a job guy in the 2015's.
Also a story about Misawa and Plum Mariko and have those be cautionary tales of the dangers of taking sick bumps on the neck.

How about The Plane Crash that nearly killed Wrestling in 1975? The one's Gary Hart, Flair, Johnny Valentine and others were on

They should do an episode on the “independent contractor” stuff.

They should do an episode on the “independent contractor” stuff. They could corroborate it with wrestlers' thoughts on unions which was discussed in 101 Reasons Not To Be A Pro Wrestler: Language warning, yew know

Now’s a good time you could potentially hear from pertinent voices on it from the past and modern-day.

Buck Zumhofe would be a prime candidate, not just his most recent conviction but also his past. I think what would stop that ever really happening is that apparently a lot of people knew and no one ever said anything, so I would imagine that very few people would be willing to go on record as talking about having known, nor would his victims want to go on camera. But he is definitely "worthy" of one.
Chris Colt is a good one though, he's someone who not many people know a lot about too so it would be interesting to have a few of the holes in his story filled. Interestingly, after his career in wrestling ended he also had a brief career in gay porn...

After reading about the IWA incident, yes on IWA-MS, Ian Rotten, and its cousin promotions. Though, DSOTR as it is will have looked at two deathmatch companies this season.
Too soon, or would Speaking Out count? How about Hana Kimura?

But it's actually more about Adams as a person than about his wrestling career/antics. I'd like the obscure moments from the latter, like the hairweave incident with Rod Price.

I think Satan worshipper Kevin Sullivan's army of darkness would be great. Just to explore how dark the themes could get & how culturally it freaked out the fanbase. A little departure from their typical approach, but a story that should be told IMO. I do realize that Nancy Benoit and Luna Vachon have already been covered, but they don't have to be the centerpieces.
Billy Jack Haynes would be another one.

WWE covering up Ashley Massaro's assault. TNA not wanting to pay for Daffney's medical bills, putting her in there with dangerous wrestlers, etc.
