What was that doctor’s name that the Fugitive was based off of and eventually got involved in wrestling? That could be a good topic to do an episode on. Sam Sheppard

said it a bunch of times. Paul Heyman and/or the Death of ECW Not totally against seeing these guys do their thing with that story, but between the Rise and Fall that WWE put out, Forever Hardcore and Barbed Wire City, I'm not sure there's much ground that hasn't been covered on that one yet.

Most of the Paul Heyman and the Death of ECW kinda just shrug off that Paul wasn't paying these people or was only looking for how to save his own ass instead of his employees.
That said I'm not sure how well known the actual story is to the non hardcore fans out there too...

There's got to be enough Iron Sheik stories for a full episode, no?

I know it's still kinda fresh but the "Pandemic Era" could be a possible episode.

What about Black Saturday?

Tommy Dreamer. Both his Wrestlemania X7 ideas and his present controversy. Maybe in this one he can properly apologize. Being that said controversy is starting to dissolve (he got reinstated to Busted Open or whatever it was, IIRC. Still also getting booked), I am not sure.

What about Black Saturday? I mentioned that before. That is a topic that should be covered. I had read that this was so controversial that TBS had received a lot of angry phone calls and letters because of this. I wonder who is still around that could be interviewed, though.

Since this show is basically turning into a True Crime show that just happens to involve wrestlers, I suppose we'll see an ep on Hardbody Harrison's sex slave ring.

What about Black Saturday? What's Black Saturday? In the early 80s on Superstation TBS, the main wrestling show on there was Georgia Championship Wrestling, which was Ted Turner's bread and butter and main money maker.
During that time, Vince bought the shares of GCW from The Brisco Brothers (Not the ones from ROH) and Jim Barnett and took over the timeslot of it and aired World Wrestling Federation shows on there. Reason being was there problems with head booker Ole Anderson. Beforehand he had approached Ted Turner about buying a timeslot on TBS but was refused.
It turned out to be a ratings disaster, as fans of GCW were outraged and wrote letters in mass to TBS and refused to watch in protest. Turner himself was also furious at the sinking ratings and made a deal with Bill Watts and Ole to bring Mid South Wrestling and Championship Wrestling from Georgia onto the network which outdid The WWF in the ratings making Vince mad. Due to bleeding money, Vince would eventually sell the timeslot to Jim Crockett Promotions for one million dollars
The events and aftermath of it would lead to the beginning of bitter war between WCW and WWF for over fifteen years and why Vince holds such a grudge against Ted Turner.

but that sale is also one of the main things that let Vince fund Mania.

Mr. Niebla.
A guy who had the makings of a top star in Mexico but his addiction to alcohol constantly derailed his career including wrestling multiple times while drunk until his death

To bump this up, it's only a matter of time before CM Punk gets an episode after these past three months.

Jim The Anvil Neidhart
His rise and fall. Training with Stu, meeting Ellie, managed by Jimmy Hart, tagging with Bret, Hart Foundation, new Foundation, fired for drug test + throwing a tv monitor at someone, return to WWF in 94, "Bret Hart wrote in his autobiography that the original plan was for Owen and Neidhart to win the tournament and the WWF Tag Team Championships but Neidhart was officially fired due to no-showing events", WHO, Hart Foundation reunion, Montreal Screwjob, WCW, drugs, daughter Natalya getting into WWE, getting arrested, rehab, total divas, death.
It's quite a story, good and bad.

Has there been one on Davey Boy, Ludvig Borga, or Nailz?
If not those seem like solid bets.
