*Tony Khan approaches Sammy Guevara backstage* TK: Hey Sammy, due to recent events in your personal life making AEW look bad, we’re gonna have to take the TNT Title off you. Sorry, order came from Turner. Sammy: What crime has been committed? Eating a meal? A succulent Portuguese meal? *Sammy bursts into the Turner exec boardroom and throws the TNT belt onto the table* Sammy: Gentlemen, this is democracy manifest! I must admit this made me smile and laugh, nice job.

AEW doesn't have the image of a social justice company and people are making a lot of weird assumptions. I disagree with you. TK and the EVPs have gone out of their way to state AEW will be a "different kind of wrestling company" and that "everyone is welcome". The brand of social justice that is "Be perfect all the time don't f*** up even once" is some toxic insane shit in a world inhabited by f***ing internet vultures. You can explicitly open yourself up with inclusivity and not hold all of your performers to a standard where their romantic lives have to be flawless. Also you have no proof that there was adultery going on, so maybe stop sounding so sure of that bit. Shit, we are right now in the direct midst of seeing what AEW's 'social justice image' is worth with Tony Khan's twitter fiasco. Management isn't even living that flawless life. Sammy's Sasha comments were f***ed up. Those deservedly got punished and that's a good direction. What his private romantic life entails? That's not relevant to anything and going in that direction is a big mistake.

This is a free world we can each think or speculate as we see fit. I am far from alone in my speculation (see every corner of the internet). I simply laid out why I think this might be the case nothing more nothing less. I'll chill and not mention it again. I've made my point.

"He used their platform to propose then cheated on the person he proposed to for who knows how long maybe even around the time he proposed." didn't sound like speculation, but like an explicit accusation.

And what would have "sounded like speculation"? I went out of my way to state I was speculating and this is not confirmed throughout my entire speculation rant (for lack of a better term). Jeez, give me a break...

It's almost certainly Occam's Razor: Sammy's reign was spinning its wheels and he lost it to Cody to shake things up.

I know it’s been three hours since but I’ll decree it here and now, no more “speculation” on Sammy’s breakup with Pam, his relationship with Tay, how that likely (read: Not at all) affected his TNT title reign etc.
If someone comes forward and says that happened, hey, go for it, but 1. It’s none of our damn business and 2. There’s a lot of stretching to make it connect.
Knock it off.
