t does if only because there's NO WAY he survived that bomb going off. It's not the logistics for me so much as the fact that he should be DEAD, along with the rest of Gotham after the fallout. Here's the thing, it would be impossible to turn the fusion reactor into a bomb in the first place, and even if they could there would be no fallout. Fusion bombs as they exist in the real world release a shitload of energy, but leave minimal fallout behind because the only radioactive materials involved are those used in the initial fission trigger. The movie tells us that the bomb is a pure fusion device, something presently technologically impossible for us to create, so there would be no fallout whatsoever. Realistically, based on the estimated distance between the explosion and the city the worst effects would be the pressure wave generated by the explosion, which would certainly be powerful enough to blow out every window in the city and kill any poor bastard out on the streets. This is telling me is that the ending of the movie was way, way too convoluted haha. This was interesting, though, so thank you.

The Waterboy- With how awful the Mud Dogs started the season, there's no way they should have qualified for the NCAA national championship game.

That and the first movie established he'd been travelling around the world mostly by himself with few resources at hand. Him getting back to Gotham doesn't really stand out as far as his unlikely feats go. It does if only because there's NO WAY he survived that bomb going off. It's not the logistics for me so much as the fact that he should be DEAD, along with the rest of Gotham after the fallout. Hollywood magic bomb. It works for what the script calls for.

Man, The Dark Knight Rises has aged like rancid goat milk. What a poorly written movie it is.

The f*** happened to DJ from The Last Jedi?!? I'm still annoyed by that (along with a whole host of plotlines left hanging because people couldn't handle TLJ). I was really hoping that the third movie would open with Finn, Rose, and Poe in a big setpiece trying to apprehend DJ on a planet similar to Canto Bight after he sold them out.

I still don't get how Leia remembered Padme. And don't give me any made up rules about the Force to cover up bad writing. There are three possible excuses that do not involve "Force memories". 1) R2D2 or her adopted parents showed her footage of her mother as a child. 2) One of the many handmaidens that canonically still honored Padme many years after her death was able to determine what had happened and traced one of her children to Bail's care, but left in order to protect the child. 3) She misremembered a nanny as her mother. I remembered this after RotS finished and Padme was dead. In my mind, Leia was talking about Bail Organa's wife, Breha. I don't think Bail and Breha ever told Leia she was adopted, to the best of my knowledge, so she always felt like Breha was her natural mother. It explains why Leia described her as always being sad, but she wasn't sad because of the loss of Anakin, she was sad because, depending on if Bail told her that Leia was Anakin Skywalker's daughter, she knew that either she wasn't her real daughter, or she had to carry the burden that Leia was the daughter of the most deadly man in the galaxy. Either way, it must have been a terrible burden on her.

Why cant that guy in the Blues Beothers buy his own cheese wizz? He's banned from the store that sells it because of public indecency. Makes sense.

Either way, it must have been a terrible burden on her. The way this works is if Bails wife died and then Bail remarried. Because when Luke asked her about her mother he stressed her real mother, meaning she had to have had at least two that Leia knew of. The scene still doesnt work because of how sad Luke is, like Leia got to at least have some time with their mother while Luke didnt.

Not a movie but...
In the second part of the Rescue Rangers pilot, why/how is Chip suddenly just wearing his hat, which he didn't have before?

The Thing never bothers to explain who tampered with the blood bags before they decided to give everyone a test, but shows it definitely is not the guy RJ McReady suspects.

Man, The Dark Knight Rises has aged like rancid goat milk. What a poorly written movie it is. The problem with the movie is that Bane is right. Gotham is largely filled with scumbags and Batman's argument for saving it and claiming it's fundamentally a good place is hollow.

From Man of Steel and Spider-Man 3: if you are a scientist who has been given something with elements not of this world, why aren’t you quickly announcing a discovery on the news of a new element or proof of alien existence?!
