I've wanted to support this company since day 1, because I love the Elite and have for a long time.
However, with the way TK has handled Punk, Miro, Andrade, Rosa, MJF, and other situations, I just absolutely can't bring myself to do it.
He is, legitimately, the weakest leader I have ever seen in wrestling.
Say what you want about Vince or Trips, but every single one of those douchebags above would rightfully be sitting in a "Where are they now" file for the remainder of their careers if they had ever acted so disrespectfully toward the roster or bosses.
Also, if you're curious about why it's always been important to have locker room leaders like the Undertaker to help police the guys themselves, study the AEW locker room since pretty much the beginning. They have never had ANYONE who is actually a strong, respected locker room leader, and it shows. You think f***ing Andrade is gonna go around sucker punching people if he has to worry about someone like UT getting to him? Nah.
This company has 2 of the main things that killed WCW: Weak leadership and an out of control locker room.
