Can someone please explain to me what Adam Page said that was so bad?
I've seen the promo. Multiple times. Literally all he did was take a shot at Punk that seemed perfectly within kayfabe until Punk himself got sand in his ass about it.
I just... I don't think the Punk fans are trolling, I really don't, but it's such a disconnect for me to try to wrap my head around what ADAM PAGE specifically did here.
Blaming one line for Punk showing his whole ass is some leaps in logic that are Olympic level
Page did nothing wrong.

If the Bucks had sat down with Punk for a meeting after all of this, it likely would have made things worse as Punk would have taken offence at something they said and gone to Hausman or others with stories about the meeting. They did the right thing just avoiding him completely. Posted in another thread, but WON is reporting that the Bucks were willing to work and meet with Punk... if he showed he could behave for 6 months. They and AEW also received a legal letter from Punk's team stating that the Bucks breached the non defamatory agreement they signed... citing a bit on BTE from years ago. In short, the Bucks kept their distance likely on legal advice

In this week’s observer Dave mentioned Punk could end back up in AEW on two separate occasions.

Man, I am just sick of talking about the guy, especially now it’s in both WWE and AEW forums due to him being a free agent.

The Observer is very interesting this week. Dave’s tone about Punk is not what I expected. Openly bringing up the possibility of Punk returning twice. Also has lines like below…
“There is the dichotomy of a fun backstage and increased morale, and the company doing business in this case.”
Obviously a Punk return isn’t imminent or even likely but Dave wasn’t this open to the idea about Punk returning after Brawl Out when he was still an employee. Just raises my eyebrows a bit.

The WON was an interesting read this week, with some items I didn’t remember hearing before on the Punk situation. The biggest probably being the Bucks being willing to work with him if he stayed out of trouble for 6 months, the legal letter from Punk’s side about the a BTE skit, and Colt’s AEW contract extension offer being pulled by Khan with people thinking it was because of Punk and then the Bucks and others pushing for Khan to offer him a deal and then Khan offering an ROH deal instead.

He was pretty adamant though that Punk’s career is likely only over if Punk wants it to be because he’s a draw.

I thought the way more interesting line was about the dichotomy of a happy backstage and doing business. Dave sort of presents it as an either or situation.

There's so much in this Observer story that really make me question what Dave knows about Punk and his future.

Nothing makes a narcissist more angry than being flat-out ignored. So is this the Punk Scrum Thread now? I tried to do a Thread #3, to no avail. I feel like Punk Scrum III will start if/when he makes his EXPLOSIVE RESPONSE. Although I’m starting to feel like that’s not actually going to happen. Hopefully if that happens we just unlock Thread III that I started the other day, because I think I had a pretty good lead-off post for establishing what kind of thread it needs to be to actually be productive.

When it comes down to it, either AEW or WWE could make a lot of money bringing him back as a rebel outsider and so on, so the door really isn't closed on him unless he wants it to be. However I don't think either would want him currently as things are, and either of them will need a lot of assurances from him before they trust him to return on any level. He could also go to Impact or NWA and make one of them viable competition to the Big Two, since I doubt either company would require anything from him outside of "please show up". Turning their business around would be a way to put his money where his mouth is and all that. I mean, good luck with that... but it's possible.

It bears repeating, once again, that CM Punk is a paranoid weirdo who can't just be taken on his word when he makes wild accusations against people. Because this is nonsense and delusion. This is filtered through the mind of a guy for whom anyone existing is actually a sleight against him and it needs to be said again that Punk's words are either in utter bad faith and shouldn't be trusted, or the sign of something very deeply ill within his head and how he perceives others and shouldn't be trusted.

Of course if it’s not done Punk’s way and at his speed, everyone is a moron and a f***ing child in his eyes.

So Punk was sending legal letters to the Bucks whilst at the same time also crying and moaning they didn't want to work with him.
What the f*** is wrong with this guy? He sounds like he has some real serious issues.
