I'll reserve judgment until I see it but I'll give it a chance but I'm not expecting much at the same time. Did get a LOL out of me with ''Bucks of Youth'' though. He called the Bucks that when he was "Broken".

How else should they use a washed-up tag team? I think it's frustrating that TK hired them in the first place.

A lot of this really does probably have something to do with Copeland and Christian both being in the company and actually able to have a banger match. Something that the Hardys are not physically capable of doing without a lot of smoke and mirrors.
Actually I would dig one last match at the Hardy compound between them and Copeland/Christian. Just make it as insane and over produced as possible with throwbacks to their history together. It would be a good way to ‘retire’ the Hardys, at least in AEW (I’m sure if they left, they would work the indies till they drop)

I hope the new and interesting direction for the Hardys is stage left

This is the biggest problem AEW has. They got too many guys to a point that these things happen. I hope Tony continues shedding the deadweight.

You just know that Matt Hardy has a bag of grapes on hand for the eventual response video to their firing.

I acknowledge I’m in the minority but I don’t mind this trio. Mark’s never going to be in a regular tag with anybody else and I thought they had decent chemistry in their first tag. If this leads to Mark turning babyface, beating both of them and moving on, even better.

But Jeff has not delivered. I think Matt can deliver, especially as a character, and has some left to give. While the HFO wasn't amazing, I do think it elevated Private Party and gave Butcher and Blade a direction, it lost a lot going to Andrade. Yeah, Jeff is just shot at this point. Maybe let them go to ROH and have them go to Big Money Matt and Antichrist of Wrestling Jeff as the top team/draw there.

Everything I watched back of Matt when he first arrived was pretty good, particularly enjoyed the Hangman stuff. Jeff did some pretty good stuff before his suspension too, the Darby match was awesome and I loved the Hardy's/Bucks match. Since his return they've mostly used them as enhancement talent, possibly just to gauge if Jeff is really back on the wagon, can't imagine they'd want to build them up to something and be burned again as I think the Hardy's were about to win the tag titles before Jeff's latest moment of madness. Jeff was really rough at one stage on return, the falling off the top rope on whatever pre show it was in particular but I can't remember their last outing that I didn't enjoy recently, they had another really good match with the Bucks, an entertaining trios with the Hung Bucks that I remember garnering a This Is Awesome chant, and their first match teaming with Briscoe was a lot of fun. So I think they can do *something* with them if they want, think people are really working themselves into a shoot with their comments and with Mark Briscoe's facial expression in that promo, Matt was referring to he and Jeff as living legends while putting the Hardy necklace on Mark, and they were heelish throughout the whole thing, felt like an entirely kayfabe 'wtf?' type reaction.

If they're new gimmick is going to be Rampage stans, I support it.
