I do find it odd that they've essentially reversed roles on Mary Jane and Gwen Stacy.
In the films, Mary Jane is the girl-next-door type, while Gwen is the sexy model (she even has a modeling gig in the movie).
It's double odd cause Gwen was played by a natural redhead, while MJ was played by a natural blonde.

WHY IS MY THREAD STILL ALIVE Because I had a question about the movie and instead of starting a new thread, I just bumped this one up. I think that about sums it up ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)

One thing that totally irked me about the movie was the total lack of spider-sense. I mean did he even use it in the movie? I know venom doesnt trigger it but harry/green goblin flying behind spider-man and spidey not knowing about it. That's like forgetting that wolverine has a healing factor. The lack of green goblin gear for harry annoyed me as well I mean you cant really be a goblin without a mask.

Ya know, I watched this movie again last night, and I really dont see why people say theres too much going on. Yes, there is a few storylines going, but I found this to be 10000000000X easier to follow than Pirates 3.
And I loved how they ended it. They left the MJ/Peter love open enough that if Dunst dont come back for 4, they can throw Gwen Stacey or Brant in there easily. I know Sony's signed on for more movies, but I'm not sure who (if any) of the cast has agreed. IMDB has Sam Rami attached, but I never heard it anyhere else.

Doesn't anyone miss when "trilogies" actually wrapped things up? Whats funny is, many scripts back, SPIDER-MAN 3 was more...how I say....more "closing" than opening for another bloody sequel, albeit with a Venom teaser...

Or the Star Trek movie trilogy? Eh, there's plenty of cool Spidey stories yet to be told. I don't mind this one bit. AND THIS THREAD JUST WON'T DIE!!!
