Punk - Over without the title
Morrison - Never gonna be over without the title at the moment.
It makes sense for this to be the case in order to keep Morrison over as the loss isnt going to damage Punk who is pretty much perma-over.

I just can't see where they can go with another Johnny Blaze Spade (Don't call me Monday) Nitro Morrison run.
With Punk as champion he can feud with Miz, BDV, Thorn, Burke, Cor Von, and even Striker if they wanted.
Morrison can basically feud with Boogeyman, Balls, Dreamer, and on the off chance Stevie.

If the crowd reaction for Punk stays the same, I doubt they'd do that. However, it could be the case of me stating what I wish wouldn't happen, instead of what I think wouldn't happen.
In Orton's case, he gave the belt back to the husband of the boss's daughter (who has been a perennial main eventer).
In Edge's case, he gave the belt back to the unstoppable Super Cena.
Morrison doesn't fit in these categories, so it wouldn't make sense to give the belt back so soon.
