I know the guy isn't real popular on these forums but I still say he has plenty of talent and I'll be sorry to see him go. Same, I thought Carlito would be one of the biggest stars they have by now. I was a really huge fan of his during his first few months with the company ... then he was jobbed out to Ric Flair.

I've also been a major supporter of his, and had hopes for him to be one of the major stars by 2008-09. Unfortunatly, he doesn't seem to have the patience or the work ethic to make that happen.

Yeah, Bryan Alvarez is under the impression he gave his notice.
It's weird to think how long he's been with WWE. Almost five years, it doesn't seem like it.

That's fine, however it's not like it's just the forums, I mean if the guy had a huge fanbase outside of Puerto Rico, he could have something there. But he's average at best,IMO. If he doesn't want to be there, then no use in keeping him. Plus with that gimmick he couldn't go very far.

I thought they should have sent him to ECW. He probably would have been the 1st or 2nd top heel on the brand.

Well, if he's unhappy, he shouldn't be there. Yeah, maybe he's been berried and creamed as of late, but I can think of a few guys who've suffered much bigger burials and who've exhibited a much better work ethic than Carlito has. I don't dislike the guy. I even own his teddy bear! But if he thinks he would be better off somewhere else he should go there and leave his spot for someone else.

I hope Carlito does the impromptu jump to TNA, so the WWE can use a Fake Carlito storyline as an excuse to bring up Atlas DaBone. Sorry, I just like saying his name.

Triple H once had a similar losing streak, so it's not something you can't recover from.

Triple H once had a similar losing streak, so it's not something you can't recover from. True, but he seemed like he had more promise,IMO than Carlito. And with Trips, it only lasted a few months before he started becoming important again. With Carlito, it seems like for the better part of this year, he's been less than important to me.

Honestly, as meanspirited as it MAY sound, when he finally is gone I honestly will forget about him in a few weeks unless he does the TNA jump.
He COULD be a big deal in TNA as well, because like Tomko he's one of the few "newer" WWE stars they'd have aquired. And Tomko's done well for himself in TNA(better than where he was in WWE anyway).

Carlito would probably go over huge in HUSTLE, and obviously his dad would hire him, so it's not like the guy doesn't have options.

In a time where WWE has far too few individual characters, Carlito was one of those few that I liked. I was a massive mark for him back when he first came in.

the biggest problem is he got moved to Raw far too quick, lets face it, Smackdown is more midcard friendly than Raw, on Raw if you aren't main eventing these days you could go to the ringwearing Mickie james knickers on youre head and no-one would care, if i was a midcarder I'd hate to get told I'm going to Raw
oh they do have a midcard, but it doesn't get much airtime, look at it this way, guys like Tajiri and Helms, on Raw they were jobbers or guys fleshing out tag teams, on Smackdown they were quite integral to the show
no wonder Carlito is unhappy
