I'm sure on a couple and not on some. First thing I'd like to say is that I was really young, and secondly, my brain at this point is basically malted hops and bong water.
The earliest WWF I can remember is 1990. So I'd say The World Champ was The Ultimate Warrior, the IC was Mr. Perfect or Kerry Von Erich and the Tag Titles were on Demolition. I started with WCW a little later (mainly when Hulk went there) So I think the first WCW champ I remember was Vader or Flair.

Hogan was the WWF Champ
Ric Rude was he IC Champ
and Demoliion was the Tag Champs
In WcW Ric Flair was the NWA/WcW Champ
Luger and Micheal PS Hayes were feuding over the US BelT and
The Tag Belts were traded between the Steiners, Road Warriors, the Varsity Club, and The Freebirds
And The Stinger was the TV Champ
Damn those were the days

The first time I ever laid my eyes on WWF programming is when I turned on my grandparents cable watching Ted Dibiase doing a promo during Royal Rumble 88'
So during that time, Hogan was champ and Warrior was IC champ I believe?

Backlund, Bob (WWE)
When I decided to watch WCW, I believe it was Hogan. Although I wished it could have been Disco Inferno.
