I started watching wrestling on Thanksgiving Eve 1991. No, it wasn't Survivor Series, which WAS that night, but a tape of the 1990 Royal Rumble. So, the WWF Champion was wither Hogan or The Undertaker based on whatever time I started watching it.
Others:
IC: Bret Hart Tag: Legion Of Doom
WCW World: Lex Luger U.S.: Rick Rude
And I don't know the others

the first time? World - Bret Hart IC - Diesel (eeeew) Tag Team - The Headshrinkers
second time? World - Shawn Michaels IC - The Rock (I think he was Rocky Maivia then) Tag Team - British Bulldog & Owen Hart (did they have a team name? If so, does anyone remember it?)
most recently? World - John Cena IC - Shelton Benjamin Tag Team - Spirit Squad

When I first started watching a long time ago, it was during Diesel's year long reign. One of the first matches I ever saw was him squashing Bob Holly and Barry Horowitz.
I stopped for awhile and when I got back into it, it was in late '95. Bret Hart was champ and was right after Shawn Michaels did the concussion storyline

I honestly can't pin point when I started watching, because I know i had an era where I was watching WWF and other promotions where i didn't know who anyone was, so i can't name the point in time when it was exactly, because i didn't know who i was watching.
I Can however, say when my first memories are of wrestling when i was in the phase of remembering everyone. I think it was in 1989, at the end of the summer/beginning of fall. At this time, I was only watching oce in a while, and I didn't become a fanatic untill 1991, which is when I have vivid memories of everything since.
I'll go with the 1991 scenerio and say Slaughter as WWF champ, I believe the Hart Foundation were tag champs (not sure), and I think Mr. Perfect was the IC Champ.
