I'd think someone as smart as Lance Storm would know that the Bobby Roode getting courted by the biggest managing names in history storyline (that culminated in picking an surprise choice, Traci) was a direct, blatant ripoff of "hot free agent" Randy Savage turning down every major heel manager in the business to select Elizabeth after debuting in 1985 WWF.
Unless Lance Storm didn't like the payoff to that storyline either.

Joe has been training with Nash for weeks to get ready for the match that was booked by Cornette on Thursday?
What?

The matchup/feud of Kaz-Black Reign seems so weird and random, it seems like the booking team was possibly testing Kaz to see if he's really ready for the upper echelon of the heavyweight division.

4200 seems like WAY too much when a third of the arena was empty. The GM Centre holds 6,400 for non-hockey events (5,400 for hockey), so it's possible.

I hope they use Dixie Carter's daddy for when they go to Nashville next time, he'll surely get a hometown pop. The Carters are from Dallas, TX.

Today this guy and his gross wife are shooting about moving out of the state by midnight. It's pretty funny. Oh, and I don't think his Brody video's a work. It's too ridiculous, I just don't think that guy's capable of that kind of intentional creativity.

I love how he's trying to level with YouTubers like he pretty much knows what he's talking about, when he clearly has absolutely no idea what he's talking about.
I'm pretty sure the only accurate things he said about Brody was that he was good, he wrestled in St. Louis, and stopped taking steroids the "instant he quit wrestling".

I was searching for matches of the late-Bruiser Brody on YouTube, and came across this (posted 12 days ago)... "King Kong Brody aka Bruiser Brody may have died"www.youtube.com/watch?v=y9R71r_SkUEThis is the weirdest YouTube shoot I've ever seen. And from watching one of his other vids, it's actually kinda scary that people like this guy are out there walking amongst us. Plus, the dumbass says he knows Brody personally, but can't/won't confirm that he is dead, and also says he's a 7-time former NWA World Champion, which hasn't happened on the Earth that you or I live on. PS: ...I feel kind of bad for making fun of him since he at least seems legit shaken by the Brody death, even if he thinks it happened two weeks ago in a hospital in Missouri (not Puerto Rico twenty years ago). Strange stuff. I fear that posting this to Wrestlecrap may be the very thing that sets this guy off. Oh well, hope he doesn't burn down any of our houses.

Perry Saturn's a good choice. With his look and style in ECW, I think he'd be a bigger deal if he'd come around in 2007 instead of 1997, for sure. Especially in places like TNA, ROH, and overseas.
And Barry Windham's a good call. A total natural who could work an exciting main-event style against any opponent. When Windham was in his mid-20s, he was roughly 25 times the worker that Randy Orton is.

All Japan from 1988-2000 was brutal overall. I saw an old match not too long ago where Jumbo Tsuruta basically Thesz-Pressed Genichiro Tenyru...into the bottom rope. Maybe I'm naive to their trade secrets, but it defies logic how necks don't break in those situations.
There was literally no way for Tenryu to protect himself while falling backward and snapping the back of his head off the bottom rope. Pretty sick, but it def. looked cool.

I thought WWE didn't like the idea of HD because of the chance that Divas will look bad, and the older wrestlers will show their age much worse. WWE mainly doesn't like the idea of HD because USA Network isn't HD, many of the CW stations aren't HD, and PPVs are more expensive if shown on HD (as well as regular TV), so there's really no point in them switching over. Has nothing to do with Divas or old wrestlers, no matter what Gerweck said seven months ago...

I can't stand West, but when Homicide does that damn rolling plancha or whatever to the outside and starts slapping the announce table in celebration, and DW stands up and goes "YEEEESSSSSSS!!!!"...it cracks me up every time. Or at least all 2-3 times I've seen that happen.
The first time I saw it, it was so random, almost like an inside joke started by DW and Homicide at the TNA catering tables.

They scored a 1.2 the week before, but that isn't as schticky as making fun of a good old 1.1, so it wasn't even talked about around here. Hehe, silly old TNA and they're 1.1. I lol so much at them and their silly little 1.1. Nya nya TNA, 1.1. Hahaha. You're right. People don't make fun of TNA scoring 1.1s around here every single time it happens. My bad.
