I think it's a tie between Joe and Askua. Signing the top Joshi wrestler in her prime was completly unexpected considering that WWE typically doesn't hire women from japan. As well as signing Joe the biggest free agent and former ROH/TNA world champion considering they typically don't like signing former TNA talent.

Surprised it took this long to mention the Rock. The heat may have died down in recent years, but early in Rock's career Triple H and HBK used to bury and torement him for awhile.
