Now for my take.
This is totally out of left-field, but could be awesome. I'm not very excited about the names that they've signed, though I am interested in seeing Scorpio and Vader.
It sounds like whoever is running this thing is taking it very seriously and pouring a lot of money into it. Actually sounds a lot like how TNA was when it started, only more secure for the wrestlers. I can't wait to hear more news about this. What do you guys think?

while TNA can't compete with WWE maybe we can have a nice healthy competition over who's number 2.

Err... Doesn't Waltman have Hepatitis C? Why the heck would you want him on the roster?

I like the idea. Doesn't hurt that I may be making their belts (knock on wood) but the idea of unscripted promos earns big points with me.

I mean, other than some of the guys that they've signed, everything sounds very good.
I'm thinking that if the guys that are confirmed are just going to be used as midcarders and JTTS with some of the bigger names from ROH, TNA, and WWE headlining, then it should at least be successful at first.

Wow, some really big names there....
I don't think WWE or TNA should be worried just yet.

A WWE competitor with a booking team without someone named Vince Russo? I'm down.

"The group is said to be in favor of unscripted interviews, little in the way of writing out the shows and trying to give it a more legit sports feel"
I like it! and the fact that they are giving guys benefits that the other organizations aren't. I guess that means health insurance?
Here comes 2 Cold Scorpio! Very intersting.

I like the idea of the promotion (certainly it's "legit feel" stuff) BUT, between WWE, TNA and ROH, what non-contracted talent is out there to base a new National promotion on.
Sean Waltman's gonna be their Champ, isn't he?

I think the time is now to start a wrestling promotion.
WWE has dumped a bunch of talented guys recently, and TNA is too big to sustain all the guys on their roster. It would definitely be interesting. Of course, they need to have someone in control who knows what they're doing.

Considering how behind on pop culture and current events Vince is, I wouldn't be surprised if he gets worried.
Vince: Vader? They've thought of everything!
