How many times does Mysterio have to deny the news before people stop reporting that he's leaving WWE soon?

Gotta admit, I'd probably miss Rey if he goes. But he's done pretty much everything at this point, made a s***load of money, and with the injuries piling up maybe it is time for the guy to bow out. Whatever you think of him personally, he deserves a big farewell. I can't see Punk going anywhere just yet. He's the best heel they've got and he guy still has way too much to offer as a long-term guy to leave right now. The question is what have the WWE got to offer for Punk? A proper main event run? A Wrestlemania Main Event match? First choice from the next batch of new Divas?

I was like "please orton" hmmm Rey...K and the other? let's see. pppp....WHHHGGGGHGAAAAAARRRRT? I hate to be that guy, but Orton signed a 10-year contract 2 years ago. Think you could handle 8 more years of it? ;D NOOOOOO Punk! Go back to ROH, NOW!

To me, Punk has become a "WWE guy"... I think he's there for years to come.

This article doesn't say Punk may not re-sign, just that his contract is up soon and this site hasn't heard anything about whether or not he'll re-sign.

The Wrestlemania main event is just gravy. And the Divas thing goes without saying

If he didn't copyright the name, he will have to become CM Sucks much to Cena's delight.

I really don't see Punk not re-signing, I'm guessing he has a job for life if he wants it.

A Punk vs Joe feud would be interesting, but I could see TNA not signing Punk due to his "WWE Reject" status.

Punk will have WWE over a barrel since they're lacking credible main-eventers. He's gonna go to the pay window big time.

I've always thought in 7-8 years we'd be looking at Cena, Orton, CM Punk being the 3 biggest names in terms of longevity with the company.

Vince Russo is currently salivating at ways to book Principe Enigmo and MP Ne'er-do-well.

I'd be gutted to see Punk go.
Rey Rey not so much, and i like the little guy, can still put on good matches from time to time but his excitment has definatly worn off abit.

Because he is? Back on topic: I don't see Punk going anywhere anytime soon, unless he tires of the road schedule. He's pretty much secure as a main-eventer, which means his pay is top rate. As far as Mysterio, I see him doing a pay-per-appearance contract like they did with Undertaker.

I still don't think Punk makes as much money as some people think. I mean, he's not starving, but I think he would be a "surprise" if another salary roster got leaked like it did years ago. Maybe something along the lines of Eddie, where he's not exactly going broke, but you kinda think "that's it?" But, at the same time, I think that keeps him in the WWE because he hasn't built up the massive bank account that someone like Rey probably has.
