Married...With Children It seemed like the studio audience didn't even want to laugh. The only decent episode is the Thanksgiving one, mainly because of the James Brown/Al interaction. Agreed. Once Al started No'Mam and all his buddies started getting lots of airtime it got really bad. And when they replaced his love affair with Playboy for Big 'Uns. I've always wondered if there was a lawsuit or something from Playboy that forced that?

I don't know if it was mentioned, but Night Court's last season was dreadful with John Larroquette and Markie Post looking to do other things beside the show. For game shows, I couldn't think of a limper final 13 weeks than Family Feud with Richard Dawson because of the 400 point format and it was just dull as dishwater. I guess for final seasons of game shows as well, you can throw in Deal or No Deal on NBC. I feel like putting a tall version of the word "CELEBRITY" and listing numerous game shows alongside it...like Bullseye, Weakest Link, ABC Millionaire...Hot Potato wouldn't count cause it had one season only, right? I can see someone make a case for Jim Caldwell Tic-Tac-Dough (though who knew that worse was coming in a couple years?) or even Password Plus for people who wanted to see more bonus rounds per episode.

Has anyone mentioned Charmed yet? I caught the three or four seasons on Netflix and I liked them ok, but Charmed vecame a chore to watch during season four. I ended up watch Lupa's recaps instead.

This a great example, it was groundbreaking show that really lost its edge. I'll throw-in later MASH. It went from comedy with a little drama to drama with a little comedy, the fun went away.

I will throw in the last season of "Martin" , everything about the show just felt off . Plus I will also throw in the Boondocks.....boy can you fell the non-presence of Mcgruder . You can blame Martin sucking on the Tisha Campbell and Martin Lawrence feud/sexual harassment lawsuit.

Surprised people aren't mentioning the Drew Carey Show. I think most people stopped watching after Season 8. It's hard to believe there was a 9th season after that debacle.

Sliders. Actually, the final couple of seasons of that show was awful but the final season where Jerry O'Connell left was really bad.

THAT 70's SHOW Season 8 is what happens when you go on too long, waste a few seasons doing lord knows what, and the main star of the show and focal crux of the plot's existance - Topher Grace - leaves because he's gotten tired of it. It immediately became "just some show about kids in the '70s", with no point until they remembered "Hey, we should end it on New Year's Eve 1979" and came to their senses one last time. Seriously, the finale was so perfect that they gave up completely on Randy during it (he showed up in part 1, for a minute talking to someone in the kitchen, AND THEN VANISHED FOREVER - wasn't even invited to the New Year's Eve party ). Surprised people aren't mentioning the Drew Carey Show. I think most people stopped watching after Season 8. It's hard to believe there was a 9th season after that debacle. Yeah, that was a show that rose to rather ridiculous heights, started doing over the top insanity on a weekly basis, and then when creative and the audience got tired & it was time to come down off the mountain.....they completely forgot what they were in the first place and took a header, tumbling to a horrible death over the next 2 years. Not just 1, but 2 - Drew offended a dark god along the way or something for it to be that kind of show death... It didn't help that ABC completely botched up the last season and aired a lot of it out of order, forcing weird edits to make sense of things. For cripe's sake, Drew's dad died and they recut it to be a joke.....making you think they changed their mind about him dying, but then they later revealed he was dead in a "previously on..." recap bit.

Poor Josh Meyers. He's like the guy who starred in Mayberry RFD. He had no chance.

Season nine of OTH isn't any less ridiculous than the rest of the seasons. Which is what's beautiful about that insane show.

I'm going to say Two and a Half Men even if the show has or hasn't air it's final episode. The show really should have ended when Sheen left. The show title doesn't make sense when Jake became an adult. The whole plot of Alan living with Ashten's character was just silly.

Just finished watching the final season of House and it's almost entirely absolute dick, especially the ending.

I actually thought the last season was decent, but the absolute shit show that was the finale has basically ruined any desire to watch reruns.
