memorials.smithfhmantua.com/christopher-pallies/3766939/index.phpHere is his site on the funeral home website. I hope all fans consider posting a tribute. I met him 8 times over a 20 year period and even skipped work to meet him once because I was such a big fan. I know he took pleasure in making sure each fan had a fond memory of him, whether in ring or at an autograph show so I hope we can get lots of shares for his family and friends to know how loved he was from us fans!

Its hilarious to think of the ferocious King Kong Bundy sitting in an easy chair at home, petting one of his cats in his lap.
...or shooing a cat away so he could sit down. I mean, he used to squash huge guys like bugs! LOL

One thing I always wondered was... for the booking of the King Kong Bundy v The Undertaker at Wrestlemania 11.
If the bookers considered a five count spot like... shenanigans lead to to Bundy getting a 3 count, but he demands the referee to count 5, Taker kicks out at 4. We may have looked at the streak differently if they did that.
Still, have no idea if they planned this. I did read somewhere (I think in one of those “Titan Sinking” books) that the match was supposed to be longer then it was, but Undertaker was not happy with how it was going and asked if they could go home early. Sure Taker would have said no if they pitched the 5 count idea to him.

This is Scott Keith so take it with a grain of salt. blogofdoom.com/index.php/2015/10/18/king-kong-bundy-return-in-94/A fun story we’ve gone over before about the Bundy-Undertaker match at WM, though: The original match was actually Undertaker v. a heel Razor Ramon, and vignettes had already been shot with Razor throwing him into an open grave. That might have been the boost Razor needed to hit the main event and re-sign a year later. But Vince pulled the plug on the heel turn and gave the slot to Bundy instead.

It’s weird that Bundy’s first major program was being Fritz Von Erich’s last opponent.

It’s weird that Bundy’s first major program was being Fritz Von Erich’s last opponent. And one of the very first of the "Trusted friend of the Von Erich boys who turns on them" trope that the Freebirds, Chris Adams and, sigh, Brian Adias repeated. Also, one of the earliest members of the Legion of Doom, though modern 'net history tries to retcon that out.

What if Bundy pinned him with a three count, Bundy demanded a five count and Hogan kicked out at four and went on to beat him and retain the title. Would Bundy still be champion because he got the three count or would Hogan have never lost it because Bundy asked for the five count? It’s a funny thought but it’s also kind of a nice reminder of how wrestling used to capture our imagination.

Here's something you don't see everyday, Bundy with hair. Oh my God, that's the ex-governor of my home state.
