Jacob Fatu is yet another member of the Anoa'i Family, Jacob being the son of the Tonga Kid, and first cousins of the Uso's. Fatu got his start in 2012 out in the California independent territories, worked his way up to PCW Ultra, The Crash, and All Pro Wrestling (APW), where he is the current champ, and has just made is MLW and AAW debuts. Jacob Fatu is a stocky and solid powerhouse with surprising agility. I would not be surprised to see the guy in BOLA if not this year, then maybe next, and then onto NXT not too long after that. Keep an eye on this guy! Here is a cool triple threat match with Fatu vs. Jeff Cobb vs. Willie Mack in PCW Ultra on 10/06/2017. Here is his AAW debut, from 02/23/19, where he beats up basically everybody And for those interested in past "Indy Guy to Watch" threads: "The Neon Ninja" Facade"Jungle Boy" Nate Coy (Just signed by AEW!) "The Ace of Spades" Ace Austin"Hot Fire" Myron Reed"The Young Lion" Tyler MatrixJake SomethingLotus (Juntai & "GQ" Gavin Quinn)Connor Braxton

How is this dude not in the PC already? I just figured that the Anoa’i Family had a water slide that went straight from the birthing room to the WWE.

he needs a better name. "Samoan Werewolf" sounds like something from a random nickname generator

Too risky to sign. What if his match lands on a full moon and he transforms in to his demonic form? Totally unprofessional.

He’s made some appearances in my local fed. Definitely got talent, and I’m glad he’s getting some recognition.

He's the one that debuted on the most recent MLW show? Dude looked like a beast with that splash from the top of the cage.
Also I just wanted to say that I really enjoy these posts. Don't follow the Indie scene much so it's cool to see these little showcases pop up.

His athleticism is incredible. He needs to mold more of a unique persona for himself, but he's got limitless potential in the ring.

I have been watching him (along with Jeff Kobb) wrestle in the Bay Area indies for the last few years and have been waiting for him to get his just due. My only surprise is with his family connections that it took this long. The guy is insanely agile, I have been comparing him to Bam Bam Bigelow but even more agile than Bigelow if you can imagine that! Jim Cornette put Jacob over HUGE on his latest podcast. I am so happy to finally see Jacob begin to get national recognition.
