Isn't that the WWF In Your House where did they bait and switch with all the belt on the line and Owen took the fall, so the tag belts when back Cornette and Mr. Fuji? yes Context: All throughout the show they reported that Owen was having "car trouble" and may not make the main event. When it was match time Owen still wasn't there so they subbed in fellow Camp Cornett member Davey Boy Smith as his replacement, but then at the end of the match Owen ran out and was jack knifed and pinned by Diesel so it seemed like he and HBK had won the tag belts as the show ended. The following night on Raw it was pointed out that since Owen was technically not an official member of the match the decision was declared null and void and the belts went back to him and Yokozuna...who proceeded to lose the titles to the Smoking Gunns that very same night which rendered the whole thing absolutely pointless.

A 11-4 win for WCW for September
Now we move to October 1995
WWF IN YOUR HOUSE at the Winnipeg Arena in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
1)HHH VS FATU 2)The Smoking Gunns (Tag Champs) vs Razor Ramon and the 1-2-3 Kid 3)Goldust vs Marty Jannetty 4)King Mabel (with Sir Mo) vs. Yokozuna (with Mr. Fuji and Jim Cornette) 5) Razor Ramon vs Dean Douglas (c) for IC title-Originally was going to be Shawn Michaels vs Dean Douglas 6) The British Bulldog (with Jim Cornette)vs Diesel (c)for WWF title
WCW HALLOWEEN HAVOC from the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan
1)Johnny B. Badd vs Diamond Dallas Page (c) (with The Diamond Doll and Max Muscle) for WCW Tv title 2)Randy Savage vs The Zodiac 3)Kurasawa (with Col. Robert Parker) vs Road Warrior Hawk 4)Sabu (with The Shiek) vs Mr.JL 5)Lex Luger vs Meng 6)Sting and Ric Flair vs Brian Pillman and Arn Anderson 7)Hulk Hogan vs The Giant in a sumo Monster truck match 8)Randy Savage vs Lex Luger 9)The Giant (with The Taskmaster) vs Hulk Hogan (c) (with Jimmy Hart) for WCW title
This one is easy to me. WCW Halloween Havoc. In Your House, the only thing I see interesting is the title match (though I'm sure Diesel would retain, and the Shawn Michaels-Dean Douglas match which didn't even happen)
Havoc would gain my interest with the Monster truck match (how is that going to work), the tag match with Flair+Sting vs Arn+Pillman
So I'll go Halloween Havoc for OCT 1995

Halloween Havoc. The show has some infamous stuff like the monster truck match, but it has more matches that also happen to be better sounding matches for the most part. (Having seen both shows, albeit not recently, I recall this being exactly the case.)

#MONSTERTRUCKS
Easy win for Dub-Ya-Se-Dub-Ya, not even the absolute stinker of Kurosawa vs Hawk can change that.

Halloween Havoc 1995 is a surrealist piece of art.
It was produced by Salvador Dali in another universe.
It gets my vote.

Considering that was the In Your House where Vince famously threw down his headset in disgust, I'm gonna go with Halloween Havoc. Despite the bad Hawk/Kurasawa match and the predicably lame Flair swerve, everything on the show blew Mabel/Yokozuna, Diesel/Bulldog and Fatu/HHH out of the water.

Next month should be interesting though. A stellar 95 survivor series vs the inaugural novelty that is the World War 3 battle Royal.

Havoc. I think WCW will win a lot of these ones early because the star power is overwhelming

Halloween Havoc here. Bad show, but WWF IYH is even worse. 1995 is such a bad year.

Mom only let me get IYH this month in 95. I got all the wwf ppvs in 95 it was the 1st time ever I got all the ppvs for the entire year. Back then it was hard to get her to let me order wcw ppvs as she saw wcw as inferior. I had to go over a buddies house to see Halloween Havoc. I wasn’t really that interested in either show back then but wcw seemed like the hotter product so I’ll go with that.

On one hand Halloween Havoc had: Sabu's one and only WCW pay per view match, Sting looking a like a goober (Yet again), sumo monster trucks, The Giant literally no selling death, a dusty finish to the main event and The debut of the YE-TAY!
Whereas In Your House 4 made Vince McMahon of all people throw down his headset in disgust at the end of the show.
The B-Movie quality of Dungeon of Doom era WCW is still far more entertaining to me and thus gets the duke.

Halloween Havoc.
My dad didn’t take me to wrestling shows when I was a kid, but I still have good memories from when major wrestling moments would happen in Detroit. Cobo arena and the Joe are now gone but it’s still amusing driving around that area thinking that’s where the giant fell off the roof or the Rock got pushed into the Detroit River.
Bulldog was totally their ppv filler feud guy, dude never had a chance in hell.

This is essentially the question of whether you would have a snoozefest of a show that neither entertains or offends you, or a show that's spectacularly bad but you'll remember it the next day.
Given that the spectacularly bad show has a monster truck battle and The Giant falling off a building only to work a match within 2 hours, I'll take the car crash over the snoozefest.

Halloween Havoc.
The debut of Andre the Giant's son!
Havoc '95 is an amazing show. I get that we're supposed to rate these based on what we WOULD have chosen, not which is the better show in hindsight, but I just gotta say that it's an all time classic.
WCW really got the word out about this show too. I remember hearing it on the radio regularly with the creepy horror movie music. Great stuff.

Again both shows were bad, but Halloween Havoc was at least interesting with a few big angles paid off. It gets the easy win.

Sept 95: Fall Brawl because of Flair/Arn.
Oct 95: Halloween Havoc, without a doubt.
