I wouldn't buy a PPV for TNA if you paid me.
The best hope they have right now is in the Dudleys/Steiners feud. Hopefully they can have a good match.
If I never see VKM/Bashams again, I will be happy. Billy gunn needs to go back to WWE as an agent or something. Christy Hemme is reaching cloudy level as a manager.

This has been my ongoing frustration with TNA. People have accused me of just constantly bashing the promotion and never giving it a chance . Ok, you gave it a chance and you don't like it. Why are you still watching? Ifyou truly don't enjoy it all, then you should stop. And not for some people on a message board, for yourself. I hate WWE. I think it's awful and I will never watch their product and haven't for sixteen years. I couldn't imagine watching a show I hate every week, then logging on to tell WWE fans how much I hate the fact that the company's owner is a world champion, or how much rappers suck, or how the male nudity and homoeroticism is off the freaking scale there. I just don't watch. And normally I don't go out of my way to be confrontational with people who are fans (but I'll respond in kind to people like Juggalo/Hulkamainiac.) Do yourself a favor and stop watching. Trust me, you'll be much happier

That's like saying I hate Go Bots.

I know there was a match on TV between "Rosie" and "Donald" that made the fans chant "We Want Wrestling." and top stars like Christian,Angle and RVD are willing to work for less money for the chance to be used properly.

So I keep up with what's happening there as best I can through outlets like this one. I'm not being confrontational, only voicing my opinion with others who share it.

I think the problem is that TNA always says how different they are from WWE, but you watch their show and it is not different at all. Its all the guys we watched last year, but with shorter matches and dumber storylines.

I'm sorry Swarm, how is it clear? Well you don't even watch it so that's kills your credibility in discussing it right there. But if you didn't know WM 23 was the highest grossing PPV EVER. That pretty much tells me they don't blow. At least I watch TNA and know what I'm talking about when I talk about the things I think they do that are good and when I think they do things that suck, which is most of the time imo.

I don't watch. But I also want TNA to improve. So I keep up with what's happening there as best I can through outlets like this one. I'm not being confrontational, only voicing my opinion with others who share it. I'm sort of the opposite of you. I know what's going on in WWE mostly unintentionally from listening to complaints through outlets like this. I don't hope they improve however. I want the WWE to continue to push guys like the rapper who gets booed and the boss' son-in-law so that every talented wrestler on their roster leaves and comes to TNA or ROH. And Swarm, if you think $$$ = talent, or quality, that kills all the credibility you have with me. Plenty of the highest grossing movies, popular TV shows, actors, musicians are god awful. Besides, what of the specific things I mentioned that I hate about WWE are NOT true? Is the company's middle-aged non-wrestler owner NOT the world champion? Do they NOT have crappy matches between people impersonating celebrities? Did Kevin Federline pin the world champion? Correct me if I'm wrong.

You do realize that "the rapper," despite getting boo'ed on occasion, also gets some of the biggest reactions anywhere. I'm not a fan, but plenty of other people are. Enough to justify him being a main eventer.

Ok that's one match and one bad angle on one show. TNA fans cheer that too. I know because I've watched it happen. Angle got fired for being a drug addict. Yes Christian left. RVD had a chance to make it at the top in the WWE and blew it (after inhaling it). If these are the things you are basing your opinion of the WWE on you should bury whatever hatchet it is you have with the company from 16 years ago and start watching again. It's awesome.

Enough to justify him being a main eventer. Whatever. If you say so. I've heard that he's in the main event because the boss has decided that he's 'the next big thing' and is convinced that he'll be the next Hogan or Rock. This is a guy who has said that he knows what the fans want better than they do. I also know that WWE confiscates any signs critical of him, and edit their shows to include crowd pops and boos when appropriate. If you're a WWE fan, you'll like who Vince tells you to like!

Angle got fired for being a drug addict. He was not fired. He asked for his release, and he got it. And that only happened because he promised that he'd return to the company and sign a new long-term contract in a year. If these are the things you are basing your opinion of the WWE on you should bury whatever hatchet it is you have with the company from 16 years ago and start watching again. It's awesome. I like wrestling. Vince MacMahon himself says, "We are not wrestling, we are entertainment." That's not what I want to watch. They don't even call their wrestlers, 'wrestlers.' They're 'superstars.' I don't like sport entertainment, I don't watch wrestling to see non-wrestlers because they are members of the owners family. When I watch wrestling, I want to see only wrestlers (and the occasional hot chick -- I'm still human!)

I catch a lot of heat for this so I'm going to explain this in very simple terms: If you are a wrestling fan you better pay attention, understand, and care about the business side of pro wrestling. Because unless "your favorite wrestler" makes money for his company you won't see him on TV anymore.

Doesn't that sort of contradict what you said earlier when you said people boo Cena? Sounds like WWE fans aren't just cheering who Vince tells them to? I don't watch WWE or TNA. I just want TNA to improve so there's finally a real alternative to McMAhon and Co. But TNA has yet to achieve that.

Because unless "your favorite wrestler" makes money for his company you won't see him on TV anymore. Money can't be the only criteria. Otherwise you have to acknowledge right now that Hogan is the best wrestler who has ever lived. Besides, WWE has a monopoly on the industry. If MacDonalds purchased Burger King (and every other fast food chain) or Disney bought every movie studio --- of course they would make all the money. The could serve shit on a bun, and people would either have to eat it -- or give up fast food.
