You have a ghost bear as your main villain.... and you don't let Daniel Bryan wrestle him??!?!? That's un-BEAR-ably shortsighted.

Man of Steel was better than The Avengers. The only reason the internet turned so against MoS was that Avengers came first, and people were convinced that was the best superhero movie of all time.
He's a very good director, even his flops (like Suckerpunch) have some pretty cool directing tricks.

He somehow generates negative heat. Not cheers, not boos.... sound is literally reversed around him.
A decent wrestler, but he hasn't changed his schtick since day 1, and the crowd's insanely bored with it at this point.

I rewatched Summerslam last night. Remember how everyone said Bryan was insanely over back then? He was - but he's even MORE over now. And not just this past Raw, he consistently gets insane pops every week.
Is he at the same level of Austin, Rock, or Hogan at their prime? Not yet. But he's very very close and he's more popular than anyone else in the WWE now. More popular than anyone in the last decade or so, for sure.

Cena and Orton both grab the titles at the same time, then realize their hands are stuck to the belts.
They start freaking out and struggling to break free. HHH comes out.
"FINALLY!!! You fools never realized what this was about, did you? My goal was always to have the face of the WWE be the champion.... by hook or by crook!!! MWAHAHAHAH!"
Suddenly a surge of electricity and eldritch magic flows through the belts. Cena and Orton disappear, in their place stands a figure clouded in smoke.
"Finally, the blood sacrifice has been completed! FINALLY THE ROCK HAS COME BACK...... AS A DEMONIC HELL BEING WITH NO INTEREST IN OUTSIDE VENTURES!"

One amazing finale last night. The last 20 minutes or so had me geeking out incredibly hard!

Best thing for TNA right now is to be put down like an old rabid dog. It's bad television, bad wrestling, and at this point, being in TNA is a negative for most wrestlers.

Whenever I read a thread title with the words "backstage heat" and the first post reads "backstage sources tell us" I know the thread is going to be hilarious. I always wonder who these sources are supposed to be. Writers? Guys cleaning up after the show? Hornswoggle hiding in a duffle bag?

So when ratings are up all the people who say that the WWE is doomed dissapear No, they could appear and just say that a novelty episode of RAW is likely to gain higher ratings. It's the ordinary rank-and-file episodes of RAW that gives a better picture of the ratings. I'm sure the Christmas episode will probably gain a higher rating too. Nah, Christmas episodes typically do very very poorly (mainly because it is Christmas). No denying the Slammy awards helped boost ratings a bit, but this was a pretty significant jump after a pretty big dip in the ratings.

Over the past few weeks, Miz has gone from (completely unlikable) face, to heel, back to (still completely unlikable) face, and now possibly back to heel. Originally it looked like the heel turn was being dropped.
So my question to you is this, what dropped storylines would you have liked to have seen?
I remember when Jericho had mentioned tracing the IP address of the anonymous Raw GM shortly before taking time off. I wish we could have gotten that resolved, rather than a random blow off much much later.
Or how about Cody and Goldust crossing paths backstage last year, and Cody dismissing Goldust as a relic of the past?
Please do not mention Wade Barrett's "bigger picture" or "BIGGAH PICTAH LOL". That was just a figure of speech and anyone assuming he meant more than that is purposely being obtuse.

Amazing show. I don't like to compare shows, but this does "comic book show" so well while SHIELD fails miserably.
Cannot wait until tonight's episode! Who would ever imagine that a TV show that involves Green Arrow fighting Solomon Grundy and Brother Blood would be so good and get so many viewers?
Plus, will Barry Allen become the Flash tonight?

Brie - okay wrestler who is admittedly trying to get better. She's training every single day with D-Bry, so I can't fault her too much. Not very good at promo work, though. Seems like a decent person in real life.
Nikki - bad wrestler with no interest in getting better. Seems obsessed with showing off her giant fake boobs more than actually wrestling. Has a very weird relationship with Cena that I don't see lasting much longer.

****UPDATE TO THIS STORY FROM WRESTLEBUZZ.INFO VIA MAVE DELTZER****
HHH is reportedly "furious" at CM Punk for hugging Stephanie while in his underwear (Punk's, not HHH's). It's well known that HHH is extremely insecure, and many times will leave Stephanie locked in an office so "the boys" can't see her.
There's expected to be some backlash on most of the former champions making up the end segment as well, as the segment did not achieve its initial goal of putting over the Orton/Cena match.
Mark Henry's planned push is now halted due to him raising Bryan's hand. Jack Swagger is in "a new level of the dog house" due to not wearing a suit during the segment. Cena and Orton were both admonished by HHH, who said that they "had a level of CARELESSNESS that has never been seen in THIS BUSINESS before". Worst of all, Del Rio's "concussion" is merely to cover up his upcoming hiatus, due to not hitting the appropriate level of aggressiveness during the end segment. He was inititally supposed to lock Mysterio in an armbar and refuse to break it, a startling new event for the Latino Superstar.
Storylines are apparently being furiously rewritten as we speak. Speaking with a few current WWE writers, I've been told that "HHH now thinks the only people safe to main event are the old Kliq members" and that he has been instructed to "quit writing storylines for anyone under 6 foot 8".

So when ratings are up all the people who say that the WWE is doomed dissapear Let's hit all the potential replies right now: Great, now WWE's gonna think Orton and Cena is what we want to see. Wonderful, now we'll have Slammys every few weeks. Pretty sure the constant Daniel Bryan chants are why ratings are so high. Fandango drew in the casual dancing fan audience since he started the show. It's very cold out so more people were watching Raw instead of going outside.
