and Daffney, she would have been a great heel for Lita/Trish back in 2001.

Elix Skipper, they did sign him but just sent him down to development then got rid of him, I know WWE never does much with cruiserweights anyway but I always thought skipper was amazing, I remember in the last few nitros he was the only guy who looked like he was still giving it 100%.

He's not really a legend but George "the animal" Steel was always a massive bore, that said he was great in the movie "Ed Wood".

So, Jay is better than Mark? I think that's because mark missed a few months this year... didn't he smurf up a shooting star press and smash his head open?

I always enjoy the PS 50, it's way above the PWI 500 which is generally just who ever wins the main event at wrestlemania (I'm probably really wrong about that... Malenko won it one year now I think about it... oh well.) I think it's a more interesting read as it is based around in-ring work rather than 'who won what storyline'. That said I think it could do with having a bit more Lucha in it and I'm sick of the token Brit bringing up he end of the list... think it was Pac last year.

Makes Taker tap in 8 seconds in the greatest ever wrestlemania moment.

Just about every HHH vs. HBK match after the streetfight at summerslam, i found the three stages of hell and the RR last man stand match both really dull.

Nice.
Albert used to do the same spot with really big guys like Ron Simmons and Hugh Morrus... mind you Dr.Death did it in a really cool cage match, Albert did it on sunday night heat...

Just wondering what everyone's favourite Puroresu or Lucha matches have been this year? Been out of the loop a bit and need to catch up on some good wrestling.
I really enjoyed Tiger Mask VS. Low Ki not a classic but a really fun bit of work
anyone else?

From Wiki:
In 1997, Jacques joined a select few when he cleanly defeated Hulk Hogan in a singles match in the Bell Centre in Montreal. Hogan insisted that he lose to Jacques, citing his deep respect for the Rougeau family. Rougeau's pinfall victory was rarely referenced by WCW in order to protect Hogan's image.

Rarely heard of a UK crowd not giving a reaction to anything, certainly none that I've been to. Years ago I went to see a house show (in Newcastle I think) which was meant to feature Curt Henning vs. Scott Hall, all the energy went out of the room the moment we were told "Mr.Perfect cannot be here as a result of a back injury in his place please welcome Virgil..." Put it this way, Smoking Gunns vs. Well Dunn got a bigger pop.
