From SESCoops
So what does everyone think?
IMO - I don't think he deserves a spot in the hall of fame, he was on top of the company for half a year & apart from his feuds with Savage, Rude & Hogan what else was their that is worthy of a "hall of fame" spot?

He deserves it a hell of a lot more than quite a few people that are already in there.

It's the WWE Hall of Fame, and Warrior was one of the WWE's biggest stars of all time in terms of fan support.

I wouldn't support the decision, not just because Jim "The Hellwig" has since become such an embarrassment, but also because of future embarrassing things that nutjob might do, but it's not my HOF or my call to make.

As long as they don't acknowledge that he lives in Arizona, I'd be fine with it. Nothing against Arizona, but due to the whole "Parts Unknown" thing I'd rather they waited until they could hold the Hall Of Fame ceremony in an specially-made space theater orbiting the Earth.

Without a question deserving. He is one of the biggest stars from the company's biggest era.

You can criticise him for his personal actions and maybe even his personal beliefs.
But there should be no doubt he deserves to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. For a period of about 12 months he was the biggest and most popular wrestler in the WWE and probably even the world.

If that's your criteria for Warrior NOT getting a spot, then 95% of the HOF alumni shouldn't be in either. I'm not just talking about Koko... Also...That's gonna be some acceptance speech!

He's one of the most recognizable and well known people in company history, even if his time was short. I don't think it'd be that bad for him to receive the recognition.

I think Warrior is a raving tool ...
... but of course he should be in any WWE Hall of Fame. Come on.
In a perfect world, Savage would go in before they induct anyone else, but that's another story.

Really?
If Warrior gets in before Savage, there is no justice in the world.
Thing is, would Warrior accept the induction? I feel like he wouldn't, since he dislikes Vince and WWE in general. He didn't want to be involved with his DVD, which resulted in the burial produced. He also sued them over that.
It would strike me as odd that after all this time Warrior would suddenly welcome an association with WWE.
The alumni thing isn't a big deal. Savage is on there too, for instance. Its not like they need a guys permission to put him on there.

Warrior's basically wrestled a combined 10 years with a few years being crap like Powerteam USA and The Blade Runners plus random appearances in 1996 and 1998. Say what you want about people like Koko B. Ware, Rocky Johnson, Big John Studd, Tony Atlas and the like but they at least had long careers and were over/won many titles in various regions like Georgia Championship Wrestling, Mid Atlantic Championship Wrestling and Championship Wrestling From Florida which were important NWA territories at the time.

That is true, a lot of people are looking strictly at their WWF careers when they say someone like Koko or Atlas doesn't belong. The WWE HoF isn't just bound to WWE though. Its WWE centric to be sure, but they have inducted plenty of guys who did nothing in WWE based on their PRO WRESTLING career.

Warrior definitely belongs in, a lot moreso than a number of the guys already in there. Koko and Snuka come to mind.
