Cool As Ice.
Edit: Forgot that an ex dragged me to see Ghost in the Machine.

From the Wikipedia list:
The Stupids Dudley Do-Right Death to Smoochy Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within
Beyond that, I would consider Grindhouse to be a bomb because it was a tremendous disappointment relative to expectations and no one went to see and horror fans were all very sad because it was a really fun movie.

Dumb and Dumberer. The second day it was out, there were 5 people in the theater, I was with 2 of them.

When I saw Legendary I was the only person in the theater. It was a limited release but not as limited as Knucklehead and subsequent films. It probably counts as a bomb to some extent.

Devil, Wild Hogs and Scott Pilgrim. Wild Hogs was actually a pretty big hit at the box office. The biggest I've seen recently was Jennifer's Body. It was the second film of a double feature at a drive-in in NJ. We only went to see the first film, Zombieland, but figured "what the hell, free movie." Big mistake.

Jimmy The Kid (I loved the movie - then again, I was 7 - but it only made like $5M.)
Rustlers' Rhapsody (I have no idea why we saw this. Just something to do, I guess.)
No Holds Barred (There were like 12 people there, and 4 of us were together.)
I'm usually pretty picky when it comes to what movies I see - unless there's a Jim Carrey movie my wife wants to see. Be better if you listed box office hits we saw, I'd have a longer list. The majority of them made money.
Edit: Found another one, "Simply Irresistible" starring Sarah Michelle Gellar. I KNOW we saw this in the one weekend it was out.

Slackers is a good example. It was only in theaters for two weeks in my area. Also, 12 Rounds, yes, you read that right. Didn't know Slackers was considered a bomb, but I'm not that surprised. I also saw that one at the theater. I'm sure I've seen more bombs, but am drawing a blank at the moment. There's been a few bombs I really wanted to see in the theater like Ready to Rumble, Club Dread and The Beaver, but all those got pulled after like one week in my area

Devil, Wild Hogs and Scott Pilgrim. I didn't think Wild Hogs bombed?

Scott Pilgrim. I don't think it would've been such a bomb had they not released it on the same day as Expendables. I also saw John Carter.

I thought Scott Pilgrim did modest business in the theaters. I didn't know it bombed. TBH, I never saw a movie that bombed, though I haven't been to a movie theater in years.

I saw Doom with my friends. We knew it was going to suck so we went just to see how much it sucked. There weren't very many people in the theatres either.

Die Another Day: While it did make a fair amount of money at the box office, it was considered to be a critical bomb with most fans and critics and forced a massive change the to entire direction of the James Bond franchise (A reboot) something that hadn't been done to the series even with multiple actors playing the role across four decades.

Josie & the Pussycats John Carter Daybreakers Caddyshack II
I still think the first two could have (and should have) been bigger hits with better marketing campaigns. The other two, not so much.

Mortal Kombat: Annihilation Batman and Robin Godzilla (begged my dad to take me to this and B&R opening day at the latest showing. I'm so sorry, dad.) Snakes on a Plane Scott Pilgrim Delta Farce (girlfriend wanted to see it, gave her a death glare throughout the whole thing).

Was Black Cauldron also not a big hit?
