Ditto. It just isn't the same on DVD (and without the fake trailers!). Speaking of which, I think watching Machete and Hobo With A Shotgun back to back makes for a fun, unofficial "Grindhouse 2." They've released the complete theatrical version on DVD/Blu-Ray and it's pretty affordable, the only downside is that the audio on the Blu-Ray is not lossless like the individual releases.

Well, I was going to say Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, but then I remembered that even Gord himself didn't want me to see that, so the power went out in the theater maybe five minutes in. And JUST the theater, the rest of the mall was untouched.
...oh, I did see Mortal Kombat: Annihilation. And enjoyed it. Same with my favorite movie to mention in these topics, The League of Excrement Extraordinary Gentlemen.

Saw this too. Totally forgot about it because a friend took me to see it even though I hadn't seen any Firefly at that time. Also saw Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li and still maintain it was one of the saddest, yet most fun, times I've had at the theater. Finally, one I remembered that I'm not sure many people would admit to but I saw Freddy Got Fingered in theaters. And I loved it.

I also saw Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, at the theater but only because my friend had free passes.
I actually enjoyed it a little because I was somehow able to turn off my Final Fantasy fan boy switch and just marvel at the pretty CG effects.

Recently, I would have to say "The Last Stand" and "Parker." Also, "Dredd."
It's a really shame that TLS and Parker aren't doing so well, same with Dredd not doing well in theaters.

Batman & Robin The Cable Guy Daredevil Daybreakers Death to Smoochy The Devil's Rejects Doom DragonHeart Dredd Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within Green Lantern The Grindhouse House of a 1,000 Corpses Hulk I Am Number Four Iron Giant Jonah Hex Jumper The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen The Majestic Number 23 The Punisher The Punisher: War Zone Ready to Rumble Reign of Fire Reign Over Me Snakes on a Plane Scott Pilgrim vs. the World Serenity Speed Racer Sucker Punch Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny Walk Hard Willow

Spirits Within.
My brother saw Dungeons and Dragons. I pity him.

Super Mario Brothers Green Lantern The Adventures of Pluto Nash Batman & Robin Battlefield Earth Hulk Snakes on a Plane Godzilla '98 Ghost Rider League of Extraordinary Gentlemen Dungeons & Dragons Bicentennial Man DooM The Punisher Punisher: Warzone Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within Dreamcatcher

I was the only person in the theater for "Bulletproof Monk."
It ramped up my enjoyment tremendously as I wandered around the theater randomly during the run-time.

Scott Pilgrim. Still bitter that Vampires Suck did better at the B.O.
