Conan the Barbarian remake opening midnight. Even brought a blindfolded friend. She had no idea what was going on until the really violent C section.

Slackers is a good example. It was only in theaters for two weeks in my area. Also, 12 Rounds, yes, you read that right.

I got dragged into watching Battleship. As expected, it was horrendous.

I got dragged into watching Battleship. As expected, it was horrendous. I don`t know about this one since it was a huge success overseas. Sadly enough, I never saw a box-office bomb in theaters.

I got dragged into watching Battleship. As expected, it was horrendous. Wow, I feel like I was one of the few who actually liked it. Also, I saw Punisher: War Zone in theaters. That, too, was only at my nearby theater for about two or three weeks. I saw it five days before Christmas Day, to tell you the truth.

Both times I saw Slackers on people's lists I thought they were referring to the Richard Linklater independent movie Slacker and I was confused as to how a low-budget small indie movie could be considered a bomb. Then I looked up the OTHER Slackers and totally understood why that movie bombed

No Holds Barred Parents took a group of us rug rats to see it at the local drive-in. Obviously this didnt happen last week. All I can remember is that it was the second feature of the double bill and ,be it because of the "quality" of the film or the three hours spent with a load of wild children, my dad wrangling us into the car and leaving very early because "there was a storm coming and theyd be shutting off the movie" as soon as the second drop of rain hit the windshield.
Hot Rod I was one of 5 people in the theater on opening night. My then gf just stared at me in anger.

Since people are mentioning "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World," I guess you could put me in the Scott Pilgrim camp because I saw that at the theater as well, the time I discovered Cinemark's early bird special because I went to the first showing of the day.
Also, Haywire is a movie I saw in theaters. It was decent, but I don't think it lasted long in theaters.
Jumper is another movie that bombed at the box office and while I SORT OF enjoyed it back in 2008, I look back and really wish that I did not pay to see it or at least not see that very night when I could have seen The Bank Job.
