Well, I think it takes more than "large muscles and colorful shirts" to make someone a larger than life personality, I was referring more to his personality - promos and such. His promos are pretty "average dude" type promos if you ask me. Being a larger than life personality isn't limited to promos. It can be that, or it can be in how you look - for example, being larger and visibly stronger than the average person - and how you carry yourself. The point is to make the fans perceive you as a powerful superstar, and not someone that they could find on the street. And Cena does that very well. That may be, but this entire thread is about Dolph's PROMO skills. Cena's promos skills aren't any larger than life than Zigglers to me. By that rationale though, every big guy ever was "larger than life."

By that rationale though, every big guy ever was "larger than life." I don't know if that's always the case, but it is easier for big guys to achieve that aura. And it's because of that why they get to see more opportunities than the smaller guys.

Dolph is a good promo guy, but he should stick to smarmy/cocky promos rather than being SRS. Also he panders to the "stereotypical IWC smark" too much. When he makes something like an "LOLFIVEMOVESOFDOOM" reference, it's funny, but when he goes on and on about John Cena being the golden boy who's holding everyone down, it just sounds desperate, like he's trying to be a poor man's CM Punk.
