To the surprise of no one, the film has been rated PG (this being "for action, some violence, rude humor and brief mild language"). Jim Carrey said to IMDb that the movie will have some edge to it, but it looks like it won't have Shadow the Hedgehog edge.

Seriously after the uproar fans better go watch this film since Paramount listened to them. I will be there opening night for sure. This looks like it’ll be fun. Not even kidding. |

Word from early screenings in LA and apparently Berlin seems to be strong, a lot of "if you even slightly like Sonic, it's a must-see" talk.

I binged watched all of Ducktales (2017) recently.. So all I can hear is Dewey when I hear Sonic speak. See, I hear him talk and it's the 🎶WOOOORRRRRRSSSSTTTTTTTT🎶!! |
